Hard to believe you've lost zero weight in 6 weeks, but if you've lost 2 inches then that's progress.

Yes, you're having some body re-comp but you should still be losing weight at your size. Your current measurements are either inaccurate, your food has more calories than you think, or you fell off at some point.

I know losing weight is hard but what you're describing makes no sense. With a deficit somebody of your size should be losing fat very fast, muscle gain is much slower, lift going up can be due to CNS adaptation rather than muscle gain. You need to lower your calorie intake if you have no loss.
I'd say don't worry about lifts/muscle as much as weightloss because being that heavy alone puts you at a lot of risk. Best of luck to you.

Im gonna see how this week goes and might go to 100g carbs if it doesn't move down. Lifts keep going up though so something is growing

Good job on the working out consistency but I really would go into a greater deficit if I were you. Don't ignore our advice. Like webcam said, it's probably mainly your CNS (central nervous system) that is developing. Basically your motor neurons are becoming more efficient, it's not so much that your muscles are growing. Your muscle growth rate isn't enough to cause a major recomp at your size. Weight should be dropping off of you like water on a duck's back which is why we're a bit confused.

Lyle Mcdonald has written about this extensively in extremely obese people like myself. I definitely agree that most strength gains are gonna bes cns adaptations and I'm fine with that. I do feel 100% different than last month though.

Anyway a strength coach i highly respect basicslly told me to do Lyle's RFL and keep up with the full body routine. That kind of makes me feel more confident in at very least reducing my carb intake.
