those mad at the teacher, the kid keeps going after him not letting up. Also the teacher is old enough to be the kids grandfather. Kid clearly has 0 respect "Why you wise cracking my *****" - Kid sounds like he's full of himself, wish that teacher was 20 years younger and knocked him out, srs.

Teacher swung first. He lost his cool and attacked a child in his care. The kid TOTALLY deserved it. But he is guilty of the crime he is charged with and is probably going to jail.

Obviously at that age they are still developing, namely their ego, and many kids dont stop acting like that until after their early 20s depending on how fast or slow they develop since different homo sapiens genetics mature faster or slower than others. Also based on natural testosterone levels being higher in developing teens, all the hormones some don't know what to do with. (you dont beat it out of them)

So no at 14 these people have not had a chance to develop. And people like "parents" and teachers are there to be the bigger person and facilitate their complete development with unlimited patience.

Plainly said, that kid was not yet fully sentient enough to deserve any sort of violent lesson.

Obviously he had insecurity issues and struggling with authority and influenced by degenerate society, he needs time to mature and grow up and have a chance to understand his own mind and be self aware about emotions.

Also being violent towards kids or hitting your kids just shows them that the solution to fixing things in the future is by putting hands on something. Kids are very basic in that sense, you should never hit anyone, but especially not kids man.
