I like 4 days, but the gym is about 35 minutes away, and I gotta save on gas, so 3 for now.

I might do 4 again soon, but I'll never do more than that because then it would cut into other things I enjoy too much.

okay, thats very true. But there isnt much I can do about it now is there. I'm training abs a few times a week (just started in the last week) but im hardly going to put muscle on in such a big calorie deficit (unless newbie gains?)

My plan was to get shredded, then reverse diet and do a very, very lean/clean bulk which would be around 250-300 calories of maintenance, then every 8 weeks will throw in a 2-3 week mini cut to keep fat gains at a minimal. Sound good?

Weight today : 159.4lbs My waist has dropped from 32.75" to 31" in the last couple of weeks, so am going in the right direction.

I'll post another video up when I get to ~154-155lbs

If I had to do it over again, I would say your plan does not sound good. However, as long as you understand there will be no need for the word 'shredded' at this time. All you're going to acquire is being small by cutting down to that weight right now. IMO the seesaw, short bulk & cut diet is not very effective to minimize fat gain. Your best bet is to just eat healthy, train hard FOR YEARS, until you've built the muscle you want....then diet down to see the rewards of your YEARS of training! I only emphasize 'years' because there is no true effective shortcut to your ultimate goal other than time. You can take twice as long trying to do it your fast way, or you can take your time and do it the right way, which in the end will turn out to be the quicker path.

I understand/appreciate your feedback, but my end goal isnt crazy huge or anything. I'll probably be happy single digit bodyfat, around 155-165lbs.

Aiming for something like this;

I feel confident I can achieve similar size/bodyfat levels by say April time

I am not trying to discourage you from your goal, but he is closer to a 185 lbs in some of those pictures. I don't know what you look like, but you would have to be pretty close to that now to be where he is in 6 months. Depending on where you're at in your training and with God-like genetics you can get that physique in about 3-5 years. From personal experience, it took me over a decade to get there! That was before the internet though...

Alright, so these pics are from last month: I'm around 173/174lbs there. I'm currently 159lbs, so fair bit leaner - but still kept strength.

Most noticably lost fat on face, lovehandles and back since then.

Point is, I'm pretty sure ive got the muscle already in place, just need to strip off the fat. Got a new bicycle ride planned too for the new year, which will obviously increase muscle mass super quickly.

Hovering around 12-14% at the moment (though I got down to 9% in october). I'm happy with that but I will keep a close eye on making sure I don't go above 15. Basically I worked too hard to get my abs to lose them. Apart from that been living life a bit and gyming a lot.

I wish you luck and I hope you prove me wrong, however, from what I've seen, it will take several rides to get where Adi is today. In addition, his physique is achievable natural so unless you have an issue where you need aid, take your time and do it the right way. It will pay off in the long run...just saying!

If you have genetically weaker areas (everyone does), isolate and hit them harder than the other groups. Have a day just for arms - or be even more targeted.

I'll isolate them 2x a week. I'm ready to have cannons for arms.

Yep!! It's my opinion that you can train biceps, triceps, calves and abs everyday! Obviously as long as you're smart with listening to your body.

That is my workout when my arms start to lag a bit and really hammer out your triceps because they make up 60% of your arms.
