I like 4 days, but the gym is about 35 minutes away, and I gotta save on gas, so 3 for now.
I might do 4 again soon, but I'll never do more than that because then it would cut into other things I enjoy too much.

My plan was to get shredded, then reverse diet and do a very, very lean/clean bulk which would be around 250-300 calories of maintenance, then every 8 weeks will throw in a 2-3 week mini cut to keep fat gains at a minimal. Sound good?
Weight today : 159.4lbs My waist has dropped from 32.75" to 31" in the last couple of weeks, so am going in the right direction.
I'll post another video up when I get to ~154-155lbs

Most noticably lost fat on face, lovehandles and back since then.
Point is, I'm pretty sure ive got the muscle already in place, just need to strip off the fat. Got a new bicycle ride planned too for the new year, which will obviously increase muscle mass super quickly.

Hovering around 12-14% at the moment (though I got down to 9% in october). I'm happy with that but I will keep a close eye on making sure I don't go above 15. Basically I worked too hard to get my abs to lose them. Apart from that been living life a bit and gyming a lot.
Lifting on hiatus, triathlon training everydayyyy

That is my workout when my arms start to lag a bit and really hammer out your triceps because they make up 60% of your arms.
