You’re going to look like every ten year old that has abs because they’re so skinny

I only ever do fast walking for cardio, either incline treadmill or walking the puppers.
Psmf wouldnt help at this point tbh

my plan has been the same from the beginning: eat less and move more until it stops working and then eat even less and move even more and keep doing it. it's inescapable math
i've never done a srs cut before and i've learned a lot. if i had been doing what i'm doing now the whole time, i would definitely be done by now. the cool thing is that i'm going to record exactly what i'm doing now for the future (although i'll never get really fat again...fukk that). i'll probably do a minicut once a month or something if i ever get some flab

I would ditch the cardio and just lift as heavy as you can. As far as I've heard from experiences, that helps retain muscle the most.

You've already said why you don't and beating a dead horse, but those reasons are a result of worrying more about being able to misc than doing things right. All good if that's what you want to do but gonna catch a little flak for it is all.

Once you get your bf down it will be much easier to build muscle when you start bulking again.

Gotta repair dem dere muscles for like 48 hours after a workout.
That energy doesn't come outta nowhere...
And it certainly doesn't restrict itself to glycogen when you're in a deficit.
BRB burning fat while you sleep
BRB giving your body more reasons to keep muscle, which has a huge energy demand...
BRB stuff about biochemistry... but I forgot everything I learned in BB 451+452... and I don't care enough to look it up and make a stronger argument

Everything still going smoothly bruh?
Did my 45 minutes of walking today. Weighed in yesterday at 190.2, down from 205 in mid October. Das it.
Feels like I'm a noob again in regards to weight increases with lifting. Lol when I got back into it I was DB Inclining 45s for 3 sets of 5....8 weeks later back up to 80's for sets of 5...muscle memory is legit apparently.
All other lifts going up at the same rate. For losing 15 pounds I'm not gonna complain at all.
