whats fun is doing 50 straight reps with 15s and doing reverse dropsets by going up in weight, lowering reps. total delt destruction

So I was training all three shoulder heads from my very first week of lifting.
And all my muscle is proportionate with no lagging areas. Nothing I want to grow bigger, just want to maintain this size.
I’m not big or lean so when I’m at rest you don’t see much, but when I’m flexed and with a pump during workouts I have clear definition in all three shoulder heads. For example during bent over barbell row I always look at my shoulders and see all three heads.

This is yet another one of those exercises that I see people 'ego lifting' in - standing and bouncing a bit with their knees to make the raise easier; bending their arms significantly to reduce the actual weight on the muscle (physics...). Here's how I do them:
And I aim for 4 sets of 8 as a minimum on an upper body day where I have typically already done both barbell bench and supersets of lat pulldowns and seated db cleans.
EDIT: I use 8kg dumbbells now. This is also an exercise where increases in weight take a good amount of time.
