So where do I cook all this beans and rice and chicken? I said I don't have any cooking equipment. I have a kettle and a sink.

And where do I get $75 and $25 from for equipment? I have less than a dollar left at the end of each month.

I can't exercise because I need more nutrients, I feel sick whenever I try to exercise on this current diet.

Ok, try this: Skip eating breakfast at McDonalds for one whole day. Take the savings and invest in an electric mini-grill, you fat excuse-making imbecile. Then use that cheap grill and warm up the water and cook the damn rice and beans. After a week of saving: Buy a $30 crockpot, you drooling fat pathetic waste of fast-food-eating space.

Or, just shut your fat mouth up, be honest, and just admit you can't give up bad food, you are fat and miserable and it's entirely your own damn fault because you are a spineless weak liberal douche.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Well he probably wants to adhere to some youtubers diet plan (probably keto) which CAN get expensive if all of your calories come from protein and fats.

OP where the heck do you live that doesn't even offer a stove? I've lived in chitty 350sqft studio apartments and even those places had a stove. And you can get a microwave for under $40 at walmart.

Does the kettle heat itself? Do you have a stove to cook on or not? Or are you talking about a coffee pot (not a kettle). If you have a unit that can bring water to boiling, you can cook.

You just need a pot and a lid (about $3 from a thrift store). Buy a bag of rice ($2), a can of beans ($.50 on sale) and an onion (another $.50). Chop up the onion. Throw the onion in the pot with 2 cups of water. When it boils, add 1 cup of rice and the can of beans to the pot. Put the lid on and simmer (the amount of time will depend on the type of rice you got - read the bag). The beans already had salt in the can, so you don't even need seasoning.

Just this recipe will yield two meals of about 900 calories. It's a little carb heavy, but it's dirt cheap at less than $1 a meal (a $2 bag of rice should last you several of these meals). Do this a couple times a week instead of the restaurant and ready made stuff.

You say you can't afford to eat better. We've shown you that you can. If you feel sick exercising then answer this - Can you afford not to?

Find someone with a Costco membership. You can get 12 chicken breasts (packaged in two's which is great!) for like $14. or, scrape together $40 for an annual membership and reap the benefits of cheap meat and buying in bulk.

Or you can make chili. So cheap. You can buy the spice pack for like $2. Or you can buy cumin, chili powder, cayenne, etc. It will add cost up front, but the jars will last may meals, really only costing pennies per serving.

two lbs of ground pork: $8
28 oz can of crushed tomatos: $2 (and that's the good stuff)
2 cans of beans: $2
1 medium onion: $1
2 bell peppers: $2
Garlic bulb: $0.50
2 jalapen0: $0.50
Rice: instant rice is like $0.10 per serving. Big bags of regular rice and its even cheaper.

So, for less than $20, you can get 4-8 servings of a filling meal

Do you live in some sort of minimum security prison of halfway house or something? Cool if you do, just curious. Do you have any friends that'll give you and extra prying pan and a pot?

Skip two meals a week going out to eat for a month and you'll have plenty to buy "equipment"

The idea that you have to be wealthy to eat well is the biggest phucking sham ever. Sure, you can't beat McD's prices but go to the market and buy bulk beans, grains and in-season veggies. Cheapest chit ever

Cheaper if you buy used obviously.

If you don't have a stove these 2 items will handle all of your cooking needs, and I guarantee if you're eating enough fast food and microwaved sh*t to stay a fat as f*ck 300# then the amount of money you'll save cooking at home will offset the cost of the tools to do so in a couple of weeks...
Half the time you can find it for free on Craigslist. Spend $10 on some oven cleaner and stew wool and get a nice SS pot and pan set on craigslist for free. One afternoon of heavy scrubbing and those things will look brand new.

Even faster if you have access to a pressure washer.

Some tips:
Use veggies as main meal. Meat as side dish.
Cut a steak in strips then it looks like more.
You still have the taste.

There are a lot of veggies out there that can be eaten raw. Need less cooking.

If you can operate a kettle you can operate any other cooking equipment..check second hand shops.

Walk. Run to the shops with empty bags.

In rural area you might have space to grow your own veggies.
In urban area you might have everything in walking/running distance.

Peanut butter contains 50% fat..

My lunch today: lettuce, radish, parsley, feta, sliced sweet pepper, 2 boiled eggs, oil, black pepper.
That's probably less than £1.50 all together.
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.

First of all, if you tell a person on poverty to cut their steaks for whatever bs reason, then you obviously never been poverty.
The whole point is not being able to afford expensive meat.

I have been unemployed with no income before.
So I only write from experience.

If you can't afford steaks. You can try bones and offal.

Cook a broth from bones.

Ebay: used tabletop stove: $7 ~ $20
Add a big pot and you can make soups

The butcher gives me 1 shopping bag full of bones for £1..
Cook those for a few hours to release all the protein. Add root veggies, salt and pepper.

The halal butcher sells chicken gizzards and chicken hearts. That's all muscle - lean protein. But much cheaper than steak or mince.

When I was unemployed I walked everywhere. I found the cheapest butchers and markets.

Liver is cheaper than meat. But full of protein and vitamins.

Big pot, some oil or fat, fry the liver with some onions.
When done put spinach on top. Let wilt. Done.
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.

Basically worst case scenario is you eat less of the crap you are eating. Its cheaper and less calories.

Like already said beans, potatoes, rice and pasta are so cheap you can eat healthy and save money. Most of the time when people say they can not afford to eat healthy its cope for not wanting to eat healthy.

I think your current fat reserves can supply your body with nourishment for the next month even if you went on a water only diet.
Why even bother making this thread if you're just going to ignore all the advice in here and throw it back into peoples faces?

Either you're a chitty troll who isn't funny, or you're one of those entitled idiots who want hand outs and expect the misc to give you money so you can buy ''healthy meals and cooking supplies''.
Hopefully the misc already learned their lesson with wetbreast, the nasty troll who took 20 grand and bailed.

I get welfare and it isn't enough.

Why do people keep saying beans and rice when I only have a kettle. Or to spend $20 on equipment when I have under a dollar left at the end of each month.
