Overweight, unemployed, can't afford to lose weight (Catch 22)

So where do I cook all this beans and rice and chicken? I said I don't have any cooking equipment. I have a kettle and a sink.
And where do I get $75 and $25 from for equipment? I have less than a dollar left at the end of each month.
I can't exercise because I need more nutrients, I feel sick whenever I try to exercise on this current diet.

OP where the heck do you live that doesn't even offer a stove? I've lived in chitty 350sqft studio apartments and even those places had a stove. And you can get a microwave for under $40 at walmart.

Just this recipe will yield two meals of about 900 calories. It's a little carb heavy, but it's dirt cheap at less than $1 a meal (a $2 bag of rice should last you several of these meals). Do this a couple times a week instead of the restaurant and ready made stuff.

Find someone with a Costco membership. You can get 12 chicken breasts (packaged in two's which is great!) for like $14. or, scrape together $40 for an annual membership and reap the benefits of cheap meat and buying in bulk.
Or you can make chili. So cheap. You can buy the spice pack for like $2. Or you can buy cumin, chili powder, cayenne, etc. It will add cost up front, but the jars will last may meals, really only costing pennies per serving.
two lbs of ground pork: $8
28 oz can of crushed tomatos: $2 (and that's the good stuff)
2 cans of beans: $2
1 medium onion: $1
2 bell peppers: $2
Garlic bulb: $0.50
2 jalapen0: $0.50
Rice: instant rice is like $0.10 per serving. Big bags of regular rice and its even cheaper.
So, for less than $20, you can get 4-8 servings of a filling meal

Cheaper if you buy used obviously.

Some tips:
Use veggies as main meal. Meat as side dish.
Cut a steak in strips then it looks like more.
You still have the taste.
There are a lot of veggies out there that can be eaten raw. Need less cooking.
If you can operate a kettle you can operate any other cooking equipment..check second hand shops.
Walk. Run to the shops with empty bags.
In rural area you might have space to grow your own veggies.
In urban area you might have everything in walking/running distance.
Peanut butter contains 50% fat..
My lunch today: lettuce, radish, parsley, feta, sliced sweet pepper, 2 boiled eggs, oil, black pepper.
That's probably less than £1.50 all together.

So I only write from experience.
If you can't afford steaks. You can try bones and offal.
Cook a broth from bones.
Ebay: used tabletop stove: $7 ~ $20
Add a big pot and you can make soups
The butcher gives me 1 shopping bag full of bones for £1..
Cook those for a few hours to release all the protein. Add root veggies, salt and pepper.
The halal butcher sells chicken gizzards and chicken hearts. That's all muscle - lean protein. But much cheaper than steak or mince.
When I was unemployed I walked everywhere. I found the cheapest butchers and markets.
Liver is cheaper than meat. But full of protein and vitamins.
Big pot, some oil or fat, fry the liver with some onions.
When done put spinach on top. Let wilt. Done.
Cycling, walking, swimming.
No car.

Like already said beans, potatoes, rice and pasta are so cheap you can eat healthy and save money. Most of the time when people say they can not afford to eat healthy its cope for not wanting to eat healthy.

Why even bother making this thread if you're just going to ignore all the advice in here and throw it back into peoples faces?
Either you're a chitty troll who isn't funny, or you're one of those entitled idiots who want hand outs and expect the misc to give you money so you can buy ''healthy meals and cooking supplies''.
Hopefully the misc already learned their lesson with wetbreast, the nasty troll who took 20 grand and bailed.
