If more men understood what true TRT was, I'm convinced there would be alot less depression, soy-boyness and all around wasting away of the male population, True TRT only gets your levels back to the normal range, so that you don't feel horrible all the time. And there are some other things that can help with estrogen maintenance, etc. so that you honestly feel more like you did in your 20's, and not like you're 110 years old.
Well it all depends, I mean if you are 40' and TRT puts you back in the high end range of a guy who is 20' that is a bit of a stretch to say that they only put you at natural level. I mean, you are supposed to feel less energetic, less powerfull, etc. at 40 and above than you were in your 20'

Age is a natural process so you are not really supposed to feel like you were in your 20' when you are 40 or 50 or 60, etc.

That being said, if people can do it and if in bonus it is safe then they should go for it.

But regarding the gym, the 40' guy who uses TRT to get back to the test of a 20' guy will clearly have an advantage in comparison of a guy who don't take the TRT road. There is nothing wrong about that, it is just that the guy who is not on TRT will probably have to manage his recovery, his effort and so on more carefully as his recovery abilities will not be at the same level.

Most legitimate Dr's prescribing TRT wont give a 40yo man enough to achieve the test levels of a 20yo. But I know plenty of guys that visit these T clinics and those guys straight up don't give AF and will have you cruising on 500mg a week regardless of where you land. To each their own I guess , I much prefer to be under the care of a Dr who has my health in his best interest

Wow, I'm surprised clinics will do that. Yeah, I'm talking about a real male hormone Dr. and something like 100-ish mg/week (as an example, but that's pretty realistic), putting you in a range that the blood report and the Dr. find acceptable. Like around 500-600 ng/dl (the range being 264-916). I would think (?) that's not higher than an average 20's-something male.

I don't think you can be 5'7 160lbs single digit body fat/stage ready naturally. Franco was juiced to the gills at 5'5, 180. He probably walked around at closer to 200lbs and that's only because in that era those guys stayed leaner year round then current gen guys.

I know a guy that competes in NPC. He's a legit natty. Off season he's 5'7 163-164lbs. Shredded/ show condition he's 142-143lbs. Works out/does cardio 6-7 days per week. Multiple sessions per day. Perfect diet, metabolism and genetics for lifting. Pretty much only holds down jobs that allow him to put 4+hrs per day into lifting/cardio/his physique. Pretty much lives like an IFBB pro/Mr Olympia aspiree except he's still natty.

There is no way you've got 20lbs of lean muscle on someone like that. If your genetics were that good. You'd either be a professional athlete pulling in multi millions per year, or a Mr Olympia contender making over six figures under contract. You'd have a social media presence (Whether IG or youtube) and would be backing up your posts with evidence.

You are 2" taller 20lbs lighter and most likely not as lean. That is night and day. Don't ever try to compare yourself to (pound for pound) one of the strongest men who ever lived, world strongest man competitor, and a Mr. Olympia champion. You just make yourself look like a total fool.

I wasn't claiming to be representative - rather responding to the claim that 'everyone's lying' in this hobby. Lots aren't lying. In my gym (I won't name the Federation) there are known users who simply accept that they will have to use to compete. But they were open to me about it. And I never had to ask. After about 6 months there the offers came, and the advice 'you'll soon reach your limit and you'll need to hop on', but I just shrugged them off. Others didn't. The majority of males in my gym either do or have used at some point - it is what it is. But no one is lying about it - that's the point I was trying to make.

At the end of the day I don't really care - do you see what I mean? I have seen your posts in the Aesthetics Crew thread, same with bb09 - I don't care if you two are 'natty' or not. I think it's cool that you both share photos of your progress.

And on the general point of these sort of fitness gurus trying to sell diets and plans and supps while usingand claiming not to be to make it seem like a realistic goal for a non-user to achieve: I'm against that. I don't care who uses but at least be honest about it when you're trying to sell chit to the masses.

Steak and other meats contain creatine. If you don’t overdose it, it’s a great supplement. Also, it causes intra-muscular hydration, which is a good thing.

Not every person with good natural genetics WANTS social media status or local/"amateur" stage recognition, for whatever reasons....Trust me...We all know a few...
