I can suspend SOME disbelief because I get it’s a show

But at this point it’s all just lazy writing because the writers made Dany too OP and now need a way to make her less so

Lol oh and this! Some how he makes it to their rooms past an army and guards while walking with a giant crossbow.

He says he knows Cersei will lose to the dragons and he is sparing Tyrion and Jaime's lives for high garden. If they're victorious who's to say they wont easily turn on him? They have all the power, are well protected and Bronn has nothing.....yet he threatened them! Why not get on their good side?

I mean they were all such close friends. How stupid.

Winterfell has no guards and Bronn can teleport 1,000 miles past an army of dead people

More 10/10 logic from this crap season

This. They should have committed to Daenerys. She controlled everything south of the Vale except for the Crownlands and the Westerlands. With the Dothraki, the Unsullied, Yara's Ironborn, the Reachmen, AND Dorne, AND 3 dragons, she should have ended the war with Cersei by the end of season 7. Anything less is just an insult to the character.

Bronn was way out of character. They did that wrong.

Why not let him come in tell the guys what Cersei wants and then offer him something freely?

Yeah this is 100% what the real Bronn would have done. He has no reason to turn on his two good friends whom he laid his life on the line for many times before. They would have been thankful, offered him something good, and he'd never have to watch his back worrying about being assassinated for trying to murder them.

Bronn would 1. Keep his friends. 2. Show his loyalty to the winning side 3. Still end up with way more wealth than before 4. Not worry about being turned on or killed for being enemies with the ruling faction and 5. Could still advance his interests in the future since he's loyal friends with the crown.

They just made Bronn a complete dumbass for no reason lol.

Yeah she wants the throne, she dedicated her whole adult life to it but she still loves Jon and its pretty obvious. Dude just betrayed her an hour later and now she's gonna find out because a bunch of people know.

So stupid. She lost her dragon, lost her best friend, and Jon betrayed the fuk outta her before the big battle for no reason. Lemme break down each of the three reasons Dany will turn evil.

1. Lost her dragon because somehow they were able to kill it with three well aimed ballista shots from a mile away which is complete bullchit because a fleet doens't just show up on another fleet JUST like that, especially since Dany has 2 dragons miles up in the air for scouting. AND should have had the place well scouted regardless. How do massive fleets just show up out of nowhere?

2. Somehow in a massive naval battle with hundreds of people fighting, chaos etc. Euron was able to SOMEHOW find Missandei. Which is SUCH GARBAGE

3. Jon betrays Dany like a dumbass before her showdown with Cersei. There's literally no need for him to tell Sansa and Arya so quickly.

So essentially, this twist of Dany turning evil feels so forced/fake.
Agreed w/ everything srs
Look, i know i don't really know you and all, and i know you probably hear this like everyday, but your just so perfect to me. The few hours we talked were really great even if the convo was stale, your really pretty and chill, and your country thats just perfect :'D i really dont know how to explain it, but i think i have feelings for you somehow. i never felt like this with someone i just met, but i felt the need to get it off my chest. sorry for being all weird just idk how to explain it D:

These writers are complete hacks and should never be entrusted with anything popular or important again.

Im only watching at this point to see it through and cant wait for next week so it will finally just be over.

I pray GRRM has a better plan for his real book series, and lives long enough to see it through properly, this show adaptation has turned into an abortion of writing talent.

Yeah guy, its almost like the show already had a hard-counter for Daenerys and her dragons...I think it was some 8,000 year old magical undead ice king, or something. You know, the guy that could raise the dead, who is so powerful and so evil that his forthcoming return is some prophesied event that old ladies tell to scare children.

Oh wait, a little girl killed him in one shot in 360-no-scope fashion to "subvert expectations", so now they have to jump through hoops to find ridiculous ways to under-power the good guys and their dragons, in order to make the alcoholic soccer mom and her pirate boyfriend seem like a legitimate threat. You're right brah, that seems like a much more logical way to tell this story. I guess I just don't understand the basic concept of what a story is.

Lmao fuking rekt.

Beautifully said.

Realistically, the Night King could and should have been a more-than formidable threat to Dany. His power is the only thing that should have been able to defeat dragons. If he was the final boss, nobody would have had to be powered up or nerfed in forced ways.

I love how the show stopped having normal conversations, Jon: so Arya how did you do it please tell us we want to hear your heroic story of destroying my nemesis
Arya: piece of cake Jon, you just had to jump real high and land next to him

Or Varys : So You and Arya came up with this amazing plot to trap Littlefinger, though he became evil, he used to be my friend
Sansa: I am the smartest person in westeros

It would've been better, but that sets up another season. The goal for them was to wrap things up asap, that's why the show has gone to ****. The build up to the resolutions was way too massive for what we're getting right now.

So...you're in the air on a nice clear day, and don't spot enemy ships?
Bronn just saunters on in to the heart of Winterfell toting a crossbow?
You're sworn to keep a secret and go telling...Tyrion?
Tyrion wants so desperately for his sister, who has despised him from birth, to not be a monster, that he believes appealing to her better nature will make her magically have one?

Wot?

On the plus side, we get the Arya & Hound travelling circus again!

Ive watched hallmark movies with better writing than this crock of shyt this series has become. I thought episode 1 and 2 were good, especially episode 2. The dialogue wasn't as good as previous seasons but I was able to look past that. Episode 3 was an 8-9/10 based on the cinematography and musical score alone. The plot armor and battle tactics were shyt as was the ending to the WW/NK but I held out hope for an explanation in later episodes. This episode confirms that D&D don't give a fuk about the series or the intelligence of the audience.

-The beginning with the funeral of the dead soldiers and the part where Sansa placed the Stark symbol on Theon was good but shouldn't everyone else not been there since they were turned into whites? Didn't all the whites "shatter" with the NK when Arya stabbed him? Shouldn't only Theon and Jorah been there to burn since they didn't turn?
-Every scene with Sansa after that was atrocious
-Gendry solidifying himself as a Miscer proposing after a ONS lmao
-Jaime/Brianne love story was forced. They didnt have the balls to kill Brianne off last episode so that they can explore this hallmark bs lmfao
-Jon telling Sansa and Arya about his true heritage and them cutting that scene out prior to him saying it...Fuk outta here. Also fuk outta here with him telling them after making them pinky promise they won't say anything lmao okay
-Bronn scene was horribly written but Bronn, Jamie, and Tyrions chemistry salvaged it
-Lol at not seeing an ENTIRE FUKING FLEET OF SHIPS FROM MILES UP IN THE SKY ON A DRAGON
-Brb 3/3 killshot for Euro****
-Why wouldn't Dany just, idk, fly Drogon behind Eurons fleet and Dracarys the entire fuking fleet?
-Lol at Missandei being captured. How does Euron know who the fuk she is or that she's anyone of importance?
-Cersie not killing off everyone during their attempt at a resolution

I understand that its a TV show but fuking aye at a certain point theres only so much autism that can be allowed to pass. I wish I had an IQ in double digits because thats the only way I would be able to enjoy the end to this show. Absolutely atrocious

All of this

Euron’s face in the promo for the next episode makes me hope that he will get bent, he is such an atrocious character

Brb Cersei has literally 1 miscer ally the show threw together at the last minute and he’s taken down like everyone on Team Dany

Ok

Am now wondering if Dany will be able to find some kind of red priest to bring back her dragons and or hatch more from stone eggs. Or maybe Jon.

I have this weird sense there’s no way that can just be the end of all dragons.

Magic is still at play here and you never know when it’s gonna pop up.
Be patient like the mountain. And you will learn to be strong.

100% serious 50% of the time.

Realistically, the Night King could and should have been a more-than formidable threat to Dany. His power is the only thing that should have been able to defeat dragons. If he was the final boss, nobody would have had to be powered up or nerfed in forced ways.
Exactly, the sheer ordering of events doesn't even make any sense. Like how could they **** THAT up of all things? It is obvious the whole time that Cercei stands no chance against the Daenerys/Jon combo, and rightfully so. So instead of using the magical god-like villain that they have been building to counter the obviously OP nature of her dragons, they decide the flip the enemies and instead put themselves in a position where they have to make the good guys do stupid **** in order to reasonably under-power them for the FINAL villain? Cercei freaking Lannister? They have to invent these stupid anti-dragon weapons when the established lore of the universe makes killing dragons almost impossible, and yet this Maester conveniently found the trick that no one else could think of all the other times that dragons were merking everyone in Westeros?

Who even gives a **** if Cercei wins? All that means is that Westeros has a tyrannical ruler for what, 20-30 years before she dies and someone else takes the Throne (not withstanding an event in the future where someone else takes her out)? So what? That outcome would be nothing new in Westeros.

I have to admit. I excused it the first two episodes cause I was so happy to get GOT back and see everybody reunite, but the writing on this show is a motherfuking abortion and I cant count how many times I

- cringed
- rolled my eyes
- checked my phone

During this episode and the last.

Yeah lets not let the crap writing make us forget that Sansa is still the undisputed queen of kunts for absolutely no reason. She's literally been unlikable since day one and has only gotten more so.

Lmao only thing I disagree with you slightly is the Jaime and Brienne thing because I know they cared alot about each other. They should have fukked but writers made it awkward by having everyone drunk and Jaime approaching it like an autismo after he realised she was a virgin lol. Also, the scene where she cried when he left felt a little weird coming from Brienne but that's because the show skipped weeks instantly. Jaime and B would have been together for a few weeks at that time. Again, it all feels stupid because the show is sprinting to the finish line.

And lmao just LMAO at Gendry proposal and Arya being a boss and making him look like chit. They're really making the males in this show look pathetic AF. Beside Euron who's just a massive douchebag.
