heading into day 4 myself, losing some facial bloat, overall feeling REALLY sharp, hunger's not as bad as i thought, im chitting blanks at this point. Can't wait til day 7 til i refeed (a medium sized meal not gorge myself), heard it tastes like heaven because of how long your gustatory cortex hasn't been processing anything for awhile, every detail on the plate, hngggggg.

The problem with fasting say for 7 days is once they are up you will eat all of those days back plus the ones that you are on.
Basically it doesnt work. This was covered in the 90s. Its called yo yo dieting.
Dont gimme some crap about auto****y and low insulin etc giving it the Jason Fung some quack who runs clinics for crackheads
