Don't worry about this stupid girl....you are an IBanker?? Bro, you will be drowning in puss@y for as long as you want. She's making the short term / chump move, you're making the long term / smart move.
BTW, I'm not just saying this to be an ass (typical misc style) but all that stuff she told you is just BS to make herself feel like less of a crappy person - "Not ready to love or be loved, hurt by previous relationships" is a 10/10 on the BS meter, the translation for that is 'I'm still a young thot, I want to get used / abused and passed around and have my casual "fun""
She's already seeing someone else boyo, girls don't just dump a guy for working 80/hr weeks, they are attention whores, they won't let one go before they've "tried out" the next one.
Just move on, keep killing it in your career, and realize everything favors YOU, you bring more to the table, and you've got another 20 years to be single / build your career if you want to, you can still marry 20 year olds as a man in your 40's if you are successful enough in finance terms or in status.
She'll be used up and desperate in 5 years, and she'll either have to accept a massive downgrade, or be alone forever with her cats.

Blessing in disguise srs.
Last thing I would wanna do after working 80 hours is going home to a dumb sloot for a half hour before I have to go back to bed for work.
Beat one off like a man, it's the champagne of victory.

I know how it feels op, I work 80 hours a week and travel all over Canada and us for work so it’s almost impossible for me to develop a good connection. I’ve just been bangin sloots left and right and putting work first but I wouldn’t mind a girl to love.
I just broke up with a girl because I had to go away for 3 weeks for work and she couldnt handle it

Are you literally working towards ending world hunger or curing diseases? If not, I got bad news, 80 hours a week and sacrificing relationships isn't worth it.

Long story short, no, it is not forever. But what I am doing, and will continue to do can and will set me up financially for the rest of my life at a much earlier age than most. So, there are merits to the path I have chosen, if you are willing to make the sacrifices. And I have chosen to, not everyone will agree with it and that is fine

I understand how tough my lifestyle is currently and can’t expect someone to stick by me through it. You just think you find someone who cares for you enough to battle through it with you but, all good. No hard feelings.
End game? Not sure. Takes a toll mentally but it’s essentially the most lucrative finance career you can get and I make very good money. Stick with it, hours will get better and you can definitely set yourself up for your future in a way most people can’t.
Like all things, it’s a trade off. Sacrifice. Is it worth it? I don’t know

He may survive long enough to get to a level where he directs analysts, interacts with clients and helps senior bankers come up with new ideas. As you get more senior, the money goes up significantly and the hours drop. There are always some long hours, and even senior guys have limited control.
Or he may take the technical skills that he learns now and move to private equity. Or go to business school and look to start a business.
Basically the hard work now creates a lot of potential opportunities.

It’s difficult for us to see each other during the week because of my hours and the fact that she lives like 30 minutes outside downtown, where I work and live.
I told her that my feelings for her were bigger than those inconveniences and we could get through it, she said it hurt her heart too much that it was so hard for us to see each other and it was really weighing on her. And, she wasn’t ready to love anyone or be loved by anyone as she has been through a lot in previous relationships. Sucks that she basically said I wasn’t worth it, that she didn’t want to get through the inconvenience of our schedule with me but it is what it is.
Hurts pretty bad, especially because she was the first girl I really let into my heart in a long time as I have always been really afraid of getting hurt like this so I generally have always kept things casual with women and tried having a rotation. She was different and I thought we could really have something great.
Unfortunately, didn’t work out that way. Gonna go back to guarding my heart and just seeing multiple women as I can’t really handle this kind of hurt in my life on a regular basis, already stressed enough as is.
She said she still cares about me deeply and wants me in her life but I can’t do that. Would hurt me too much.
****ty situation, but that’s life. Time to move on and go back to the bachelor lifestyle. Onwards and upwards fellas. Take everything as a learning experience and use it to be better and stronger than you were the day before

So she got off on the fact that she can hurt you. That was her goal all along. Lead you on. Deceive and delude you into believing that you were wanted. And then ... She says you're not her type. It gives her pleasure knowing that she can hurt your feelings. She prides herself on this.
It gives her an ego boost that she can emotionally hurt you. That's what she wanted all along.
Over 98 percent of the time any break up between a male and female comes from the females end first because 98 percent of females get off or get an ego boost from giving men emotional pain.
So her goal was accomplished with you.
The truth hurts. Denial sucks.
And that's just about as much time as i'm going to waste talking about pointless females.
