Honestly just post, doesn't even matter about anything else. Be proud of what you've got with how much effort you put in.

You're aiming too low brah. Currently 5'11 180 and I'm shooting for 6'7 350 shredded by Wednesday.

I'm 5'9 and three quarters so might as well say 5'10
Back in November 2018 I was 142
Currently 165 (not happy with that at all)
A person suggested eating something small every 3 hours so I tried that and it lead to a horrible habit of night eating.

Goals:
Get to 139
Quit night eating
Go back to OMAD
Incorporate weight training more

When I was 142 I felt decent but still wasn't completely satisfied. I'm a female by the way, so numbers don't mean the same to me as it would a guy.

OK, here we go. It ain't much, but it's way better than my fat self of yore. Right now I'm kind of maintaining while I'm marathon training. Also forgive the semi-goofiness, it was meant for FB friends.

Was 370, currently 270ish but with decent muscle gain, likely 125lbs of actual fat loss.

Working on getting back to 220, I had barely visible upper abs at 220 when I was 28 and probably at my peak mass and weight.

No desire to get actually lean until I am 50 or so and have "talked to a doctor about the effects of aging".

Right now I am working on getting a 250 OHP in the Smith. I hit 245 for the first time ever a few weeks ago and retested on Monday, went pretty quick.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

Mirin some physiques in here.

I made this for people to throw out their goals and hopefully that will ingrain it enough they actually stay true to them. Don't be the guy/girl that talks the talk but never gets it done.

Cool to see what everyone is thinking and why they want to do with their health/physique/fitness. Puts my own goals into perspective. Everyone is trying to get somewhere. Let's hope we all accomplish that.

Also I'd like to share this quote in which I heard a while ago. Not sure who said it but it was pretty profound.

"People overestimate what they can do in a year, and underestimate what they can do in 5." Stay consistent everyone. Just keep moving forward.
