By training in this manner, my goal is to become stronger and stronger, ultimately allowing me to workout with heavier weights with higher reps.
Yeah.. All you need to do to look like this guy is take a multi and sprint at the squat rack screaming 'YOU'RE GONNA GET IT QUADS!!!!!' Before leaping to the bench and hitting your chest!! Gotta keep the body guessing.

So yeah - take a multi, keep the body guessing. Nothing else at all went into this guys physique.

Fukking lol at asking this guy for advice..

And once again, a thread that’s got nothing to do with bobbymidget or joker202, turns into their usual bro reacharound. It’s like watching two dogs sniffing each other in the park.

Sure. But you're doing the lifts with your ARMS. They will be engaged somewhat. Lol.

I very rarely directly train arms. Basically if i get stir crazy on sunday and need to do something on my day off I'll train arms and abs.

im going to start training them 3 times a week the next time im bulking and then eventually more if i have to

i want dem dare 17s at 5'6 lean-ish
. Dunno how sustainable that will be without pharmacological enhancement from a recovery standpoint for most people. I think it will be ok for a little, but you'll hit a progression/recovery wall pretty quick (imo)(if you actually train hard).

3x a week is certainly more realistic. Unless everyday as in alternate bi/tri. That's basically what I'm currently doing

Last I checked I had 19.5 at 6'3". In the process of a cut so I'd expect them to go down a little bit after I'm done.

Then rowing a lot more than i previously did and curling 12-15 instead of 8-10. Basically curling every set till it hurt pretty bad. Idk if that even made a diff tho. I think it was the pulls more than anything.

Now my arms are fawking small as chit. Still bigger than average joe lifter but in the 16.5 range again (15.75 on the bad one). They are slowly coming back tho as i begin to train my bad arm again. Plan on bringin them back and over 18 reasonably lean because tee our tee now.

Edit
Not that im teaching you chit all but thats what worked for me.

5’11”, 15.3” arms. They’ve grown exactly 0” in the last 3 years. And I train them 3 times a week, weighted dips, chin-ups, curls, cgbp etc. Did sets of 8 on dips with 100 lbs yesterday

I remember when I joined the misc, miscers were telling me to strength train because “you ever seen a guy benching 3 plates with twig arms?”

Followed your road to 1400 total thread a while back because I have similar stats. I hit a 385 bench with 16" arms because I wasn't doing any effective arm work, and my triceps are a bit offset from my biceps. They grew to 17" from 5x5 weighted pullups twice a week and added one "weak link" day where I focus on any strength or aesthetic weak links. I started doing 8x8 curls with 30 second rests on this day because I figure the rows and pullups provide enough heavy stimulus. That did the trick for me. I also gained 10 lbs in 3 months, so I am not sure what the final measurements will be.

I workout mwf with a sat weakness day. I have relatively short arms and legs so spend most of my time deadlifting/incline/pullups/rows. Squats always get stronger for me without doing them.

For long-term growth I am pretty sure I am going to have to commit to progressively overloading the biceps for a while. My curl strength is pathetic. I could probably curl 115 for a single rep lol.

Story of my life bro, only time I hit 16 is when I'm over 190lbs lol...

I do a separate arm day now but I'm guessing it's just gonna take years of hard bulking and arm isolation...
