I didn't look forward to post workout meals most days lol:

5 servings of cereal
Rice crispy treat
Whole Jar of pineapple
2 scoops of whey

My first meal at 5:30am was like 1400 cals to. Actually looking forward to dieting tbh

You didn't get too carried away, and of course you know visually you look worse but once you cut things should be excellent. You already looked solid before, just don't fall into the "fridge mode" build because it's really tough it get out of.

It's tough to rate a bulk until you strip that fat back off. Your traps are looking fuller though.

On the one hand, given your training age it's tough to be super optimistic that such a rapid rate of weight gain did you any favors, but on the other you need to keep trying things that push the envelope to stay excited about your training and try to push it to new places. I honestly think if you want to make the most of this, then you would hold that weight gain for a while before dieting down. Give it some time to settle in. Good luck, always interested to see where you take things.

For sure. I'm well aware, I think it's hilarious that others attempted to use that as in insult lol.

About an inch and a half at this point. Just under 16 to just under 17.5. Feel like they've always been my weakest bodypart

I agree. I think I rushed into the cut too quick last year. I'm going to hang out at or just above maintenance for a few weeks till the gyms open before starting a deficit

Hate to break this to you but you need to visit your dealer and take care of business.

That’s seriously the worst non natty transformation I’ve ever seen

As I say, just so disappointing when we’ve all done so much to support and encourage you. Feels like you’ve thrown it all back in our faces.

8 weeks ago? So you started your bulk on November, raised the cals all the way to 4600-4900 or whatever it is, kept doing it natty for a few months and then nearing the end of the bulk you started drinking the OJ? What was the logic behind this?

So many calories 'wasted' lol.

You look like a bootleg James Mcavoy from Glass on the last pic.

But still looking thick solid tight. To be honest I'm looking more forward to your cutting phase. Routine / Diet?

No I started the bulk in July. The rest, pretty much, yeah lol. I was going to wait till next year but said screw it.

Not really wasted anything. I put on 25 lbs in the first 7 months, then went from 200 to 214 in the last 8 weeks with little change in body comp the last 8 weeks

So youd say the ratio of muscle to water/fat of weight gain while natty would be 20-80 on an ideal scenario? Then wiith capri sun that can easily change to 50-50 or what? Maybe more?

That seems like a pretty logical assumption imo, obviously depending on one's training and years of training experience. Longer you've been training, the sadder the first ratio gets, which was my reasoning.

Caprice sun flavor plays a big roll too, I'm not going on the full tour de France, just high "normal range" TRT long term

lmao, it does. Im planning my next "bulk" with a 100-150 cals surplus and carefully tracking my weight gain and gym performance to make adjustments if needed.

That's a solid plan. I personally just rather take the 0.5-1 lb a week route with a little more freedom and enjoy the extra strength that comes with it. I'm pretty confident in my cutting ability so I don't mind the extra fat gain.
