24. 29 now and it’s paid off. House across the street sold recently for 2x what I bought mine for and mine is a lot nicer. Looking to buy or build a new one within a couple of years.

21, but I compare the value of everything else to that time frame so now I see everything as overpriced and it pisses me off...my house now is very modest but its paid for and I really really like that so I'm not in the market anymore!
