Worked in the business park right there near Best Buy. Slowly watched that area deteriorate. Seems it has only gone further downhill.

Most of the area is still alright, but the Mall and Best Buy area have gone to complete chit. It didn't help that Harford Mall and Eastpoint Mall in the area are basically hollow shells so now all the trash that hung out at Eastpoint comes exclusively to White Marsh Mall and the Avenue at White Marsh.

I don't live there anymore but not super far away, there's still only a couple incidents per year, but this one is a bad look.

Just wanted to inform anyone saying it was justified that it was 100% not justified, MD doesn't have stand your ground laws IIRC, and the handgun definitely likely wasnt registered nor did the drug dealer have his Conceal Carry Permit (likely not even his HQL I imagine) so the shooter was already breaking who knows how many laws.

Except that's not the situation. The person got to safety (drove away) then stopped to continue the altercation. There was zero reason to bring a gun into it.

how do you know they didn't have an issue with driving or the vehicle, they just got punched in the head, what if they blacked out? I don't think you're looking at all possibilities.

What if they blacked out? They kept ****ing driving after the shots you inbred. At this point you're trolling, not looking at context and acting like a guy who's just walking down the sidewalk with his chihuahua was the victim of assault.

The guy who got punched was literally trying to sell this guy's daughter drugs in the minutes leading up to this clip. I think the guy should get slapped with an assault charge for escalating. Likewise I think the drug dealer that went to start pulling away, stopping the altercation, and then stopped his fukking car to fire 5 blind shots at someone should rot in prison.

Your man card and pride does not excuse poor behavior. They're both garbage and the shooter instigated the entire incident. It is not self defense. Get a fukkin clue, guy.

The main issue with this whole story is. Should've been able to be carrying to begin with and shoot right away so that idiots can't come and cry about it happening a minute later. The driver could have drove away, also the puncher could have not continued to advance. Who are you to say which one has the burden of leaving?

Does the person who got hit not have the right to get out of there car anymore, the person who punched could've stayed where they were also but they drove to be an aggressor. What if the car was a manual and they ****ed up shifting to 2nd cause their brain was going 100 miles an hour?

That all being said, I don't see how places where you can't carry have any sort of population **** that. I'll gladly stay here in AZ.
