What we can do is move to another planet free of democrats
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

It is DIRT CHEAP to get chicken breast, rice, and veggies like broccoli/spinach (and even cheaper if you go the frozen route for chicken/veggies). I eat out a couple times a week and that **** adds up to be more than groceries.
Fat people are not fat because they're poor. They're fat because they eat a lot and move too little, they're lazy, and they have no discipline.

I don’t care about people killing them selves with vices, they should be allowed to do so. My gripe is having to pay higher insurance premiums Or being affected in any other financial way due to their lack of self control.

I'm not sure what we did for cigarettes worked.
I wonder how many young people vape now compared to smoking in the 1950s-2000?
And any psychologist will tell you that people don't just quit an addiction. Once your brain is addicted, your only choice is to replace the addiction with something else, hopefully positive. So even if millions of people quit smoking/vaping nicotine, they'll never get more than a few weeks/months of "white-knuckling" it unless they find something else.
Most people turn to food srs.
So how do we kick the can down the road and get fat people to switch their addiction? Well it will be pharmaceuticals, no doubt.
And what about when the pharmaceutical gives them cancer? Now they're off the meds, getting fat again, and they have cancer.
This scenario is only valid considering you compared food addiction to nicotine addiction.
If you think getting fat is truly a result of addiction (or at least in part), you have to deal with the addiction part of it.
For those who think it's simply that fat people are scum who need to be shamed into compliance, then carry on.

Fat acceptance movement is strong in YouTube community and Instagram. There was this famous plus size model (Tess Holliday) who had to tell her followers that she wasn't exercising to lose weight, and not to worry about her trying to lose weight. It's like if you try to lose weight, you get shunned and lose your followers and respect from your peers.

Before Kevin Levrone made his come back at 52, he mentioned getting checked out by a doctor and making sure your blood work is right, before doing any fitness program.
Deficiencies in nutrients will change how the body performs with any new diet or exercise program.

Fat tax. If you're fat you have to pay a premium tax, if you're not fat you don't have to pay the tax and get rewarded with some of the fat people's money. I seriously think this needs to be implemented, because stopping being fat is a lot harder than quitting cigarettes. Especially for these people who weight are over 40% body fat

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

There's a very extensive Kaiser study about the correlation between childhood trauma and whatever bad things happen to us as a result. It was initially made because they wanted to know why people are fat. So if someone being fat is related to trauma, then how would shaming help?

the average normal person greatly underestimates just how much chit the average fatty is eating
it's not some corn syrup in their bread that's sneaking up on them
they are eating massive quantities of the highest caloric density chit possible
and then they're hiding that chit eating as well as they can from everyone around them out of shame

You can't effectively get rid of obesity without seriously changing capitalism. Excess and gluttony are promoted by capitalist dogma thus it's no surprise than the US is so fat. A fat consoomer is good for the economy unlike a frugal slender man.
Most of the food in th US is overprocessed garbage ridden with conr syrup and sugar with low quality natural ingredients
Capitalism promotes gluttony and excess
The pro capitalist health care industry is profiting HEAVILY from the obesity epidemic
The chit food and crap food lobbies have the us politicians in their pocket
The agricultural industry is a chit chow focused on heavy monocrop to be transformed into syrup or other bs instead of focusing on growing healthy varied produce.
So a leaner us would require massive changes in the economic system overall, the huge agro industry and the huge pharma industry so it's not gonna happen soon boyos

I mean, it worked out so well in Soviet Russia, Venezuela, Cuba where the shelves were bare and food had to be rationed out. That’s also discounting the mass famines that occurred in the Ukraine and China due to communist practices.

for example here in latin america every poor or low income areas has something like this withing walking distance of pretty much everywhere in the cities:

Fresh organic produce straight from the farmers, the kind of chit that is a luxury at trader joes or whole foods is the cheapest kind of food you can buy here. Organic varied vegetables with local varieties of produce that you won't find in any supermarket outside the area you're shopping.
Now compare it to a "poor" area in the US
Only fast food joints and seven elevens and the like, no wonder people will be fat when they've got no access to healthy food, the onlu junk they can shop in their area is literally junk. No wonder they're going to be obese. The problem runs deep as in the US the agro industry has focused on cash mono crops to sell to the industry instead of small scale varied farming like in latin america, with the subsidies and the market the way it is it makes no sense to a farmer to grow fresh produce when they can just grow tons of corn to sell to a processing plant.
