Idk how you don’t think 40 lbs has changed your body..that’s significant. Keep it up, nothing tastes as good as being in shape.

Gordon, no way you’re 3x12 dB flying with 50s..Was that supposed to be 5lb?

You should get a jump rope for cardio, Houston, if or when you hit a plateau. That and swimming gave the best results.

You need to start lifting, you will be skinny fat otherwise. Even if you shred down to 140, you will still have loose skin. Need to fill it with some muscle

Wrong. This fat ******* has made an account on a BODYBUILDING forum in 2011, therefore he must have known since back then what it takes to have a decent body..yet, he chose to eat like chit, drink like chit and not even lift. No respect for a ******* like that.

Now I know that sometimes life happens and I myself had a couple setbacks during the years, but this **** has been fat for as long as I can remember, and Ive been lurking since 2013

So? Who gives a chit? He's losing the weight now and that's what matters.

We'll see if he actually keeps going. Im sure in those 9 years he attempted multiple times to lose weight, and I dont think complimenting/praising him is the right approach, we need to roast tf out of him until this ******* reach and maintains his goal weight, thats the misc after all.

I talk chit but I hope for him that he sticks to it
