My wife makes 2-3 times what I make.
She is a Pharmacist making $120,000-140,000 a year.
I had a good job I quit when our son was born and was Mr.Mom for 4- years or so.
Then got a Union job making decent money but I worked 2-7am and then was home with my son.
So no day care expenses.
Would not give up the experience of being there for my son and watching him grow up.
Although it's a hell of a lot harder than any job I have ever worked.

If we're talking a doctor/lawyer situation where both make bank but she happens to make more it's probably ok. But if we're talking about a tradie or salesman vs a lawyer or doctor of businesswoman it's no bueno.
