I did chest, pullups, and biceps yesterday (and ran around 4-5 miles). It wasn't a great one though, because my energy levels weren't particularly high.
Friday routine I always leave early, hit the gym and go for a long hike. Probably legs and upper chest today - may or may not do more.

I'll finish work and then head on over to the gym for legs then go for a 3-4km run at about 5 in the morning.
if you need someone to chat with, don't hesitate to shoot me a PM.

Been out of town (and thus out of the gym) for a few days now - so will not have an actual lifting day until tomorrow when I hit the gym again.
But this weekend included a ton of hiking, and my sunburn gains are through the roof (ouch lol).
Gonna post up my workout tomorrow for ya'll, hopefully we can keep this thread rolling - I like the thought of miscers putting into text their workout plans/successes.

Wanna buy a house this year though and actually build a decent home gym in either garage or basement. Already know exactly what I wanna put in it.

Feeling like changing up my routine a little bit. I think I'm gonna do a lower body workout today, no upper/full body.
Not sure exactly what I'm gonna do but I think it'll look something like this:
Back squat 5x5
DL variation (not sure what set/rep scheme, but leaning towards a 3x5-8 snatch grip DL)
Continuous tension Goblet squats (no lockout or pause at the bottom)
Eccentric-focused GHR
Didn't get into the gym yesterday like I'd hoped, so really looking to get a hard WO in, and a dual-compound lower body WO is just the thing to accomplish that lol.

Since my previous workout was a purely lower body day, today I did upper.
Consisted of:
-Flat DB press 3*5
-Neutral grip lat pulldowns 4*6-8
-Neutral grip machine chest press 3*7-10 (The machine I used here is really unique, never seen one at any other gyms. It is similar (but with different leverage points) to the common one posted below. Provided a fukking sick chest pump, bruh...)

-Medley of anterior, lateral, posterior DB raises
-Wide grip seated cable Rows 3*10-12
Other than the DB pressing I went fairly easy on everything today. Basically just got a good pump everywhere because tomorrow I plan to hit some heavier compounds since I will be out of the gym for the following 2-3 days.
We will see exactly what I do, but currently planning a full body day with BB OHP, BB Row, Deficit deads, and hit some direct bi/tri work. Will probably throw in some more chest/delt pump work and quad extensions just for giggles, too. But we will see.
So what did ya'll hit today?
