If you are eating at maintenance and want to gain ~2# a month that's literally just 2.5 tablespoons of peanut butter extra per day. What kind of sissy ******* can't eat 2 spoonfuls of PB?
Inactive bulkers shouldn’t have a problem getting their measly 3,200 kcals in.

Assuming we're talking about clean bulking then obvs
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Just LOL at trying to "clean bulk". If you want to get bigger, intake a surplus. It's that simple.
I understand it can be a difficult adjustment for twink bodytypes who arent used to eating a lot of calories at once, but it's really not that hard to put peanut butter in your mouth.
Cutting hard af. Tests willpower and discipline, constantly hungry, don't have the luxury of being able to eat junk food, have to pay attention to macros and sht actually takes work to do.

doesn't seem to be affecting my cut
prior to this, i was drinking many thousands of calories in beer alone per week but was somehow weight stable for 6 months
the wakeup call occurred when i had 2300 calories of beer in one night and then a 3 day hangover lol

Cutting is harder to experience but easier to measure and get right.
Bulking is easier to experience but harder to measure and get right. It requires you to trust the process a lot more, and and patiently exercise delayed gratification.

EASY way to lose some weight(if you want to) is quitting alcohol. Srs. Those cals add up quick and the binge eating cause of them.
Legit reason enough for me to stay sober. Skin is healthier too.

I dunno
Ive always found that its a lot harder to be motivated on a caloric deficit than subtly increase it and slowly gain muscle
