yup my body got too stressed from pushing too hard and started backfiring holding water/BP and HR skyrocketing and my brain basically not working period so had to call it quits for that prep, wasnt even 20 lbs within the weight cut off for classic physique and was already at or below 7% bf so it wasnt happening.

Glad we could clear that up for you so you can move on because I have.

not spend money on anything else tbh, its fukkin expensive. I buy chicken @ 1.89/lb, LGB @ 3.50/lb , cheapest egg whites I can get, dont buy vegetables, buy frozen fruit, buy sushi rice $20 for 15lb bag, then like I said fiance and I split the whey she has on subscript. for like $40 per 5lb tub. Its about $500 a month. I don't ever eat out though or buy stupid chit.

Fuk brah, I am more worried about your plumbing. I consume only half of that and I am on the can for at least 2 hours out of the day. Luckily I have a bidet so my ass gets a nice refreshing spray.

Hell bro, if you want to save on some protein, buy from poorboysupplements or supplmenthunt. That is where I buy most of my protonz in bundles.

Fukin called it. Saw it coming when you posted about how you were feeling when dieting.

Gonna try again next year ?

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. Well I have a bit less than half your lean mass [mebbe 110?] and likely average around 8 oz. a day.

So if you have something like 40# a week/7 day = 5.7# a day

Then each pound of meat is maintaining about 40# of lean mass?

While my .5# is maintaining 110# of lean mass[ish]. So I could go on a bulk eating a little over a pound a day + special sauce to become a mass monster myself for a lot lower $$$ amount.

I mean that much mass on my frame and I would probably look like a-

Yeah but completely moving into super heavyweight open bodybuilding. So thats why all the food and putting on mass now. Honestly just didnt have the belief in myself that I was THAT big but realizing now I do have that potential. I wont be any olympian but I can be competitive on a national stage in SHW open in a couple years. Going to do a Jr. show first then ill see about moving to USAs/Universe/Nationals

me personally or in general?

in general its way too broad, depends on age, supplements, lean muscle mass, LEVEL of lean muscle mass(i.e. a person with 120lbs lean muscle mass could be an advanced lifter or just an obese person) , amount of training per day, level of training(beginner, intermediate, advanced)

Generally speaking for male lifters around 200lbs who train heavy and often I would say 7oz 6 meals a day, or 1.25g/lb but thats just for a positive nitrogen balance

i never said maybe ill compete, I will definitely be competing multiple more times.

It wasn't humbling at all, it was a learning experience of how much my body can be pushed and when I need to implement more food/less cardio and training. Learned a ton about aldosterone release and cortisol release during the peaks of a prep. Learned my body thrives on high protein and doesnt need many carbs. Learned I am way more fit for bodybuilding than classic physique. Learned the type of coaching I need to succeed.

cool story. We add up all the monthly bills and split them, only reason we throw whey in is its like 200-250 a month and we both use it a lot so its not really fair for one person to be paying 200 a month for the whey.

Let’s see. Daily I’ll have

8-10 eggs and 2 cups of egg white
1 pound of chicken (roughly cooked)
2 pounds of steak (uncooked)
80 G protein from whey

Which isn’t too much actually but probably closer than most.
