I can't multiquote well on mobile, but thanks for the well wishes above, and congratulations to everyone sticking with their No-vember.

Going to give some fresh greens to many when I'm off recharge and spread.

You said no pillow brah, that's cheating. It's like saying "I'm going to buttchug alcohol because it doesn't count as drinking."

Hope it wasn't too serious, bro.

Thanks.

Gonna rest today to catch up on more lost sleep and resume the workouts tomorrow.

Had another dream where I drank alcohol last night. I ended up not regretting it yet again and reset it to Day 1 like it's a typical thing.

Thankfully it didn't happen but the apathy is very scary.

Made it 14 days with nofap, failed today. Didn't even feel that good.

Day 16 without any alcohol though, so that's going well.

That sucks brah, but we all gotta fall at some time. Now you know.

I'm currently about to finish 15 days no fap and no alcohol.

Had a dream that I fapped and it had to do with your comment brah. Thanks lmao.

I felt somewhat guilty but I had to remove the 14 day no fap. Thankfully it's not true and I made 15 days today.

Also had a ream about sugar cookie ice cream sandwiches. Absolutely pissening.

Still doing well, OP?

Those alcohol dreams can be a blessing in disguise. They help remind your conscious mind how drinking is absolutely pissening

Had some ice cream a few minutes ago from Carvel. That's as degen as it's been so far.

No alcohol cravings. Slight 2/10 fapping to pr0n craving earlier.

Today was a rest day. Going to work out tomorrow.

Felt great completing the workout. Took a cold shower. Still sweating afterwards. That's a task complete and another burden off my hands. I felt a hip pull during my walk but when I was ready to run, it was gone.

11/20

5.8 mi walk
1 mi in 11:49. In the beginning I went for 0.14 mi run in 1:15 (~8 min/mile). I began to walk and do run intervals spaced at about a minute in a half. I used to run 7 minute miles.
3,3 pullups + 2x7 clap pushups. 1 assisted pullup, 1 pullup, 1 pullup, 1 half-pullup. 7 clap pushups. I couldn't finish the last set of pullups straight through. It was meant to be a set of 3. I only got 2 pullups in + two halves.

3.5 mi walk
I didn't run today. Nor did I do any pushups. Am I being lazy, complacent and slipping off? I need to aim higher. I think I may want to begin fasting again; GF and her family have been feeding me too much. Strongly contemplating a minor 2-day fast with Thanksgiving coming up.

Just completed a 5 mi bike ride in 25 mins which approximates to 12 mi / hr. Not bad for a very old hybrid bike which I rode on a fixie gear (2nd gear 1st shift).

The temptation to drink was briefly there. Then I remembered not just that nothing good can come out of it, but only bad things can. I would have derailed my progress resorting to some absolut vodka.
