All at 20 years of age. You would never have scratched those numbers.
might be one reason why you needed shoulder surgery. Not chitting on your or anything. But behind the neck anything along with upright rows are terrible for your shoulders.

the glenoid fossa (where the humerus meets the shoulder) is angled forward at about 30-35 degrees so when you do behind the neck anything you are literally fighting your own anatomy and stressing your glenoid labrum, rear deltoid, rotator cuff, wrist (via dorsi flexion) and sometimes can even strain the long head of the biceps (rare though).

im sure the "mid thigh pull" was also done with a well braced core and lats and not rounding his back totally ****ing his spine

although the fact he did a mid thigh pull and still remembers it 30 years later says enough

I believe you are an athlete OP, but if you never played in the pros you technically aren't an elite athlete.

I hate to tell you this but those numbers are common for D1 football players.

Not exceptional. We had a freshman who benched 500.

Not sure if you know what a mid thigh pull is. Can you define it?

its over for me for not knowing that guys life story? yeah ok. I mean, yeah gear really gives you a leg up but to attribute someones gains solely to gear is about the same as saying "You are only the CEO because you are a man. You didnt have to work for this position.Ion the other hand, a woman, had to work for everything i have. I was never given anything." Its just cop out argument.

I get that it IS cheating in the sense that you are getting to supraphysiologic levels that a natty cant get to, but if compare this to say, Raw bench press vs Equipped/FUKKING Heavy BP (just ignored for a second that heaviest BPers are juiced), its kind of the same. If you want a raw, heavy BP, then go down that path. If you want to be the BIGGEST BP'er in the world, then you wear a Bench Press shirt, wrist wraps, elbow wraps etc. It takes 2 different training methods for a natty lifter vs an enhanced just like a Raw BPer trains differently than max Gear equipped BPer. If you want an appollonian physisque, then go natty. If you want a herculean physique, then get some research chemicals.

Its kinda of crazy the duality of hate/admiration this stuff gets. WeLOVE it when athletes like Sammy Sosa, Mark McGwire, Barry Bonds, Lance Armstrong, Lebron, Shaq (yeah, they are DEF on the juice to stay competitive) are quietly juicing and setting records but when a BBer LOOKS unNatty, OMG....thats just not right and none of their hard can be attributed to them at all.

Sorry misread while at a stoplight.

Behind the neck push press was required by the strength and conditioning coach. This was 1988 to 89 when it wasn't optional.

Stopped reading here because this dumb analogy debunks anything you said after. Love u man, u know this, but this comparison isn't remotely close. Test as well as the massive concoction of drugs that Testbrah and others take, catapults them to an entirely different dimension that natty brahs will never experience for one day, let alone for years on end.

The way I see it college athletes are at worst the top 1% of men in the US. Pro Athletes are top one tenth of one percent.

How many HS football players are there? 2 million 3million? More?

There's only about 5000 freshman football players at the D1 level and about 23000 total players including 5th year seniors.

So you have millions competing for only 5 to 8k spots.

The NFL boils that down to 1500ish total players including veterans so now you have 23k guys competing for maybe 300 to 800 spots.

I used to worship Kevin Levrone, Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray and especially Ronnie CoalMan which was the origin of my username. Yeah I am sure thats what it is, I am sure you have more hours spent in the gym, more time spent dedicated to meal prepping, have way more knowledge on supplements, nutrition, and proper biomechanics and lifting execution than I do, probably know more fitness pros and celebrities than me as well, you are right its all because OJ and not at all because of my own hustle, knowledge, and experience.
