The dad found out his wife was cucking him, he made a twitter saying he was doing something else, but hid in the bushes. When he saw her slooting again at his house, he went into blind rage, and stabbed her. Then cut her into pieces, and stuffed her in that bag.

Later that night, she was killed, dismembered and stuffed into a bag only to be found the following day by a passerby walking his dog.
Her husband, identified locally as Howard Klein, was returning from a trip to Portland, Oregon, with their eldest son, early the same morning.
In a since-deleted tweet, businessman Klein said they had plans to head to Ann Arbor, Michigan: 'Just landed Portland, OR before evaluating Ann Arbor again with my 17-year old son,' he wrote on the morning his wife's mangled, blood-covered body was discovered by passersby in Forest Park.
Sources added that an anonymous man killed Gaal in a basement at some point in the night, stuffed her in the bag and disposed of her body near a popular walking path on Metropolitan Avenue in Forest Hills, Queens.
He then allegedly accessed her phone and texted a chilling message to her husband:'Your whole family is next.'
My guess:
Long term affair. They met and had some drinks. He tries to convince her to leave her husband and family for him. She says no, they get into an alcohol fueled fight, maybe they banged first in the basement so the son couldn't hear. Anyway he loses his chit and sloppily kills her and dumps the body. In his mind he feels he can't have her because of the family, so she, nor the family deserve to live.
Pretty sure this has happened in a lot of murder cases

I bet the secret boyfriend was a lot younger than her and prior to meeting her was probably single for a very long time or just had trash quality women. lol. this is as first degree as it gets. She was not a lawyer. She went to some international business school. She could have been a witness, I guess, but this seems like a stretch.
