But 600mg tongat and 9 mg boron I may give a shot

Make sure there isn't boron in your multi ,there is 3 mg in mine so only gota add 6mg

9 mg boron, 600 mg tongkat, 600 mg fadogia, I also added in NOW nettle root 500 mg. I took bloodwork before then did 2.5ish months on and did bloodwork again last week.

Yes sir, free test increased 10 points. LH, FSH both increased significantly as well and SHBG dropped 25 pts. IGF levels increased as well

Don’t understand why people waste their money on garbage otc supps when tried and true vitamin T is so cheap and easily available.

Literally everything I tested came back better after 3 months using the supps recommended to me by a doctor, didn't only have my total T tested. The video was for an example. Who said I took that without questioning anything, lol at calling every JRE podcast listener a moron..

You don't take time off on TRT.. there's plenty of studies with positive results and results showing increases in fertility factors, not the other way around as with testosterone. As long as I keep seeing positive results backed up with my full blood profiles going in positive directions, I'll continue what I'm doing. It's effectively a study on myself and it's working well so far

- Boron 9-10mg every morning
- Tongkat Ali 600mg in the morning
- Nettle root extract dosed per the label
- Fadogia 600mg once per day, 4 weeks on 1 off repeat. All others can be taken indefinitely

strong this. drawing blood for the test panel at different times of the day can create that kind of deviation. I do hope your chit is working though. Seems to be at least a placebo effect based on how you said you feel.

Weird man I'm 31 and know I have high test and always have in general. Everyone goes through small patches of test fluctuation.

The biggest factors are easily sleep, food, and exercise. That alone will decide the general testosterone level for men besides maybe negative stressors and maybe fapping too much/pron.

Some of these things may be good short term to help, but why not focus on optimizing the main things?
