My uncle died with covid - unhealthy AF. Don't know if he was vaxxed or not, doesn't matter.

Why did my unvaxxed butt not only survive covid but I had it a heck of a lot less severe than my double vaxxed ex that I gave it to?

Majority of those who died with Covid were obese with numerous pre-exisiting conditions.

Not getting it, will never get it, you do you though.

Dude stop making the exception the rule.

This was a pandemic of the old fat and unhealthy, and that’s exactly what the stats show. Most deaths happened to old people, people who were obese, and had avg of 4 pre-existing conditions.

Yea healthy people died but that is the exception not the rule.

Exactly. Even a recommendation for taking vitamins wasn’t made. I think it was like 80% of icu patients in New York had vitamin d deficiencies.

They could have done literally anything to help people boost their immune system. But nope

Bro literally each variant has been less deadly than the one before. This is common knowledge that was discussed by fauci, the cdc director, and the like multiple times. Each version has been less deadly, but more contagious. I’m shocked it’s 2022 and I have to tell you this. It’s literally listed on the cdc website.

urine idiot. SARS-COV-2 will not/cannot be contained or eradicated. What is going on right now, is known in epidemiology as the pathogen endemic equilibrium phase, (viral stasis) and is perfectly normal. Virulence weakening and dilution is what always happens when mutations and naturally acquired herd immunity is occurring throughout the populations. Invariably mutation causes infection rate increase ( seasonality still being the biggest factor) and lethality rate decrease, henceforth it becomes ubiquitous and permanent.

Antigenic shift (mutation) is a common normal biological function. Even though Cronavirus are considered more stable in this regard than flu/virus, nevertheless inevitably will occur within large population infection spread. This is precisely why vaccines have little to no chance of effectiveness for Corona type viruses. History has proven this true over and over. Corna vaccines are notoriously problematic ( mostly due to rapid weakening) and have never been successful.

Vaccines are a public health tool, and the covid vaccines have helped millions of ppl so I don't see your whining except because you just don't want to be told what to do, which is whatever. The entire point of the mass vaccination program was to give most of the population immunity. Ideally, we'd get to herd immunity, but it didn't happen because of the rapid mutation rate. But it still substantially reduced severe illness, death, and contagiousness period (especially for the older variants).

They would be expected to get weaker and more transmissible. But it is possible for it to become stronger. Remember delta was more lethal than OG.
