Eject!
Hey Benny, while we're at it are there any other standards we can lower for you? Anything going on that you might be struggling with that you need virtue signaling white people to make easier for you?

Omg Asians are only 2.5% of the entire legal profession, they must be dumb.

So what say we dumb down the bar exam so we can get more of them?

After all...

Why's he bringing up Asians??? Has it ever crossed his mind that Asians aren't really into becoming lawyers? They're more into technical jobs, that pay a lot of money. I thought someone like Benny would understand this, since he allegedly has friends from all walks of life.......

That's one of the other factors being discounted in their warped view of parity between lawyers and race: according to the left, African American people and culture have a worse relationship with the US legal system as a whole(since they apparently never grew up on Family Matters or watched Die Hard I guess)(since they apparently never grew up on Family Matters or watched Die Hard I guess), so have they considered cultural influence on career path? Sounds awfully insensitive.

Either way, it really is ignorant to ignore how cultural influencedoeshave some bearing on career paths. Likewise, focusing strictly on population percentages also ignores factors like income level on both individual and community levels. You don't hear about too many rednecks from trailer parks becoming lawyers either, which circles back to cultural tendencies and further extends to more localized values on education that would trend towards careers in the legal field.

At the end of the day, it all boils down to lowering requirements to meet some perverse, leftist white savior complex almost serving as a psychological mechanism to absolve their own racism instead of trying to uplift communities that might be held back not by the color of anyone's skin, but the predominant culture therein.

You could just as well say: would someone supporting these kinds of policy changes prefer to be represented by the lawyer A who passed the traditional exam or the lawyer B who could only pass the revised one?

Spoiler!
Lawyer A is black, lawyer B is white.

Personally, I'd pick Lawyer A because melanin. Should. Not. Be. A. Factor. Bunch of closeted-ass racists.

Exactly. The left sees society as a mathematical equation, based on arbitrary factors. For instance, the federal reserves believes that it can control the path of an economy based on a bunch of ones and zeros. They completely neglect the individual choices made by those in the economy. Marxists believe that each position of power and high income should be represented by a certain percentage that reflects the population. In reality, individuals make the decision of what job or career they go into, The left completely ignores the fact that those percentages reflect the number of individuals who made those decisions, not the number of people who were oppressed. This led me to my own thoughts, that you have to look at what is good and right before you can know what is bad and wrong. The left sees everything as bad and wrong, and ignores what is good and right. This is why we say that the left is backwards

Another piece of the evidence that supports this, is if you look at affirmative action. The individuals in minority groups who choose to go to college, and take advantage of affirmative action, are made up of educated and affluent, while the poor choose not to go to college, even when they have additional resources to do so. In other words, the continued making the same decisions before and after affirmative action, and all affirmative action is doing is making the wealthy wealthier.

But what do those rednecks end up doing? They get a job that's physical, blue collar. And there's nothing wrong with that. No matter what someone like ****bag Sillie says.

reporting is from fox news. You don't know what part of it to believe or if the narrative they are pushing is accurate. What kind of clown do you have to be to trust an outlet that is constantly in court saying they shouldn't be trusted? Where is the analysis of other states' requirements for example? Why is 145 - 143 significant?

you're being silly. even if they accept individual choices made by those in the economy, they still have to do their damn job. Which is partly trying to influence those choices towards an end. Lowering or increasing interest rates affects decisions made.

The rest of your comment is simply broad brush stroke BS assumptions about people. What statistics are you basing any of it on?

Your entire position is based on dueling strawmen.

What black person or persons asked for this? The white liberal strikes again.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
