You just said "lab leak" is broader than "made in a lab". That means saying something is a lab leak doesn't exclude the possibility of it being of natural origin. So the alternative to it being a lab leak is it being not a lab leak, which would mean natural origin but not related to being leaked from a lab. If it were a lab leak, it could be natural origin or man made. The former would be a natural origin lab leak.

Natural spillover means something different from natural origin, Cornell. It's a specific case of natural origin. You could have natural origin laboratory spillover. Spillover is talking about where the first instance of a hop to a different host occurs. It isn't talking about the origin of the virus.
