tired of people acting like the incels on here is just the misc weirdos in some corner of the galaxy. It's a worldwide phenomenon brought on by todays society/social media. Females wanting a guy with 6 cars, a 6 pack, 6 foot tall, with a 6 figure income isn't some lonely guys fault...
This is very true and it’s so annoying when redpillers try to talk chit to “incels” literally every non chad man suffers from the standards of modern women not just incels (besides a lucky few who actually landed solid GFs) I am a 7/10 man and regularly **** 3s and 4s from tinder. Not a incel but I’m not exactly happy with my situation either. I would much rather find a decent 6 or 7 woman and wife her up but I’m not good enough for my actual looksmax because they can just **** chads and cope with careers and pets instead of a ltr.

Fuking solid bro. And I am as stubborn as a grand canyon mule that has been beaten, shot, stabbed and stomped to death.

But 100% agree. Strength is cope. I see "boys" and girls like bluehawk who try to act all hard because they move massive weight being built like a pencil. When in reality, they are putting up a façade for their pathetic life with no meaning to it.

would toast to you if I had a beer right now.

Das it mane

The thing about trying to powerlift is you really just end up maximizing your leverages and do everything you can to make the lift easier which is literally the opposite of what you want for hypertrophy lol

Agreed w/ 90% of everything, srs.

Although I still believe you should be going after your looksmatch or better if possible...why not have a higher chance for good looking kids

Yeah PPL is my permanent go-to routine for the last 6 years...simple and effective as a natty

Deadlifts destroy your spine overtime and it's jus too much risk for reward...I still try to squat though

Also sports is cope and a waste of time too...just good to know some things here n there to have something to talk about w/ normies

People prioritize "grinding" and "working hard" to achieve "success" out of their careers...when in reality they just keep sacrificing on achieving the next big paycheck that society placed standards on... what matters most is eating, sleeping, socializing, and having sex....basic human needs instead of being a "hustle and bustle" wage slave

I like sports but yeah if it’s not your thing just knowing some highlights is usually good enough to get you through normie boomer conversations

I love PPL, but I like this routine even more

Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Arms
Off

And I’ve been throwing a few sets of biceps in on the chest/back day as well just for a little extra volume

The point on looksmaxing I think is really just how hard you want to try and how long you may need to potentially wait to find that one. But I think most guys will end up dating down

True, I see nothing but kids these days trying to add massive weights to the deadlift mostly. Rarely see people going hard on Squats or bench.

I stopped that powerlifting stuff after to many injuries and jacked up knees and shoulders and realizing I am not going to become the next John Haack even if I injected half of Walgreen's store of pharma.

Training for aesthetics and functional strength more so into the 30s now.

Das it mane

I’m using a double progression model now and focusing on the following

Technique, proximity to failure, volume

In that order

Technique meaning a full ROM whenever possible and a slow enough, controlled eccentric

Minimal arch in bench pressing, im doing a close grip feet up/larsen press bench right now and incline DB bench as my two main movements for push for example

And getting as close to failure as I can while maintaining that technique. Leaving 1 rep in the tank or going to full failure on isolation lifts

I’ll have a rep range let’s say 8-12 and a set range let’s say 2-3

Once I can almost max out that rep range (let’s say the weight is 265 and I get 12, 11, 11) then I’ll go up in weight

So I may use the same weight for multiple weeks but you know it’s legit progression and not just moving the weight up because of better leverages or getting more proficient at the movement
