I see another dip coming and when it does, i'll be diversifying into midcap as well, consumer, and healthcare. Mid cap / small cap, depending on the fund, often outpace the S&P 500 on returns over a long period of time. Does the tech sector do the same, yes. But it's one sector and lacks the diversity of mid/small.You guys seem like a smart lot, you mind helping me out? I'm a pretty basic Dave Ramsey type but still not sure if I got it right... like he says go for funds and i'm just into etf's...
So his 4 fund types are Growth, Growth and Income, Aggressive Growth, and International.
I have 5 atm..
VUG - Vanguard Growth ETF
VQNPX - Growth and Income Fund
VB - Small cap ETF (in my mind aggressive)
VXUS - Total International Stock Index Fund ETF
and then my fifth etf
VTI - Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF
Like Will VTI cross over too much into the rest? Is my money better spent elsewhere?

My personal setup is 20% pre-tax income per week towards VOO(30%), VYM(30%), VUG(30%), and BND(10%). I buy weekly.

It does look like it has more room to run up but I'd rather be cautious right now.
This sht is still going to crash so you better be careful.

I still haven't seen anyone post the catalyst to get this market moving down.
I don't think most of you guys are going to make it this year but that's ok.

Now you can see reason for the range though I left it about as tight as it could be.
I made that post very early this year and it's playing out as expected, I could be wrong but I won't be that wrong if I am, how far above 5.75 do folks realistically expect him to take it?

The all time high bullish weekly volume a couple weeks ago, combined with a big dilly and strong close shows a good sign of continued upward movement well above $100/share.
But I agree it's going to zero (some day)

I'm assuming since boomers are retiring that there continues to provide jobs to younger people. So labor market still seems strong. If that were to change somehow...
Still DCA this year, but would like to dump some more cash in. I see some etfs I like are still undervalued, so may put some cash there.

It's still going to be a profitable long term play to keep DCA'ing, even at all time highs. Keep at it, it definitely pays off.

FNMA with a casual $5B quarterly profit on a $500m market cap. Makes complete total sense
