I live in a small-ish town in NorCal (less than 100K). The house next to us was listed last week in the low 600's, they got 9 over ask offers in less than a week and accepted an offer at 31K over ask. No contingencies, no repairs.

I just bought a house because my situation was unique and I have 2 houses to sale. Sold the first one for a record price in the neighborhood, about to list a much bigger one and gonna try to do the same again lol.
