Progress was pretty good too
Spoiler!
See above, doesn't look like a failure to me. Body scan shows my skeletal muscle mass went up 7 lb. in a year, and 4.2 pounds in about 20 months when I was previously the same weight.
Also, bulk at maintenance calories, lol
Because body dysmorphia, even when I was at the cut weight I was uncomfortable with my physique. Didn't enjoy taking my shirt off in public. Guess that's what I get for being an obese kunt earlier in life.

Looking good brah. You're noticeably leaner at 188 than you were at 188 back in january. Meaning more muscle. It's working
I'd keep bulking brah. Unpopular opinion, but being lean actually sucks srs

Btw you didn't mention the picture. Clearly put size on the legs, you just gonna ignore that bit?

Also OP legs are a body part where once you build them, losing that muscle is really difficult. Not sure why you really want to find shopping for pants be difficult. GL.

One week in, down 2.8 lb.
And that was with a sort of unintended cheat day. Played golf and ended up having four beers then came home and made burgers and smashed like 3 of them. Probably only hit a small surplus that day though.

Love handles shrank a bit and got some definition in the core. Dunno why the lighting is so different.
