Spoiler!

See above, doesn't look like a failure to me. Body scan shows my skeletal muscle mass went up 7 lb. in a year, and 4.2 pounds in about 20 months when I was previously the same weight.

Also, bulk at maintenance calories, lol

Because body dysmorphia, even when I was at the cut weight I was uncomfortable with my physique. Didn't enjoy taking my shirt off in public. Guess that's what I get for being an obese kunt earlier in life.
Sorry I can manipulate those scans like crazy. You barely gained any muscle if anything ded fun examplehttps://ibb.co/vq7vspJ

Looking good brah. You're noticeably leaner at 188 than you were at 188 back in january. Meaning more muscle. It's working

That's why you take them at the same time of day, with the same fasting and fluids. They're not even close to perfect but have enough factors in play that you can get a real estimate on muscle gained. My dry lean mass went up from 42.3 to 43.7. I think that's a good estimate or trend of actual muscle put on, irrespective of how much water they're holding.

Btw you didn't mention the picture. Clearly put size on the legs, you just gonna ignore that bit?

You’re legit the worst troll on this forum. It’s obviously he gained muscle in his quads.

Also OP legs are a body part where once you build them, losing that muscle is really difficult. Not sure why you really want to find shopping for pants be difficult. GL.

Kind of joking, I mean I already find buying pants difficult. My legs are just pretty unaesthetic, I have big ankles and knees and they look bad without a lot of muscle on them. Keeping them this size but leaner would be ideal.

One week in, down 2.8 lb.

And that was with a sort of unintended cheat day. Played golf and ended up having four beers then came home and made burgers and smashed like 3 of them. Probably only hit a small surplus that day though.

Love handles shrank a bit and got some definition in the core. Dunno why the lighting is so different.
