Clerks do most the work- no questions - but who actually runs the show here? The judge or Chuck Schumer affiliated clerk?
Corrupt judge. Simple as. Anyone pretending not to get that is either stupid, a liar, or both.
t=jpg&name=large[/img]
If the Judge is corrupt, why didn't Trump's lawyers request a jury?

Oh wait - because they're incompetent. That's why.

Trump's lawyers should've requested a jury trial then.

But when you're retarded (like Trump) it's hard to do that. Trump outplayed himself once again! Lol!

"I’m actually worth billions more than what I reported!”

That alone is fraud.

Go tell that to an IRS agent and see what happened

The beauty of this is that this will ruin Trump financially in the ensuing months.

A court approved party now appraises the value of his properties. If there's a discrepancy between their appraisal and the claimed value, the loans go kaboom. Asset impairment will ruin Trump.org. Fraud destroys his corporate shield and makes them liable for all the repercussions associated with that fraud.

It's basically the death penalty in the corporate world. Unless he has shielded his assets somehow, given how his legal defense is basically "Nuh uh! NURNY NURNY NURNY NURR NRR" he's getting financially raped.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

I saw this.

"The judge is wrong, I didn't commit fraud this way, I committed it ANOTHER way."

smh. This is the guy you trumpers think is some sort of genius? I know it will probably get stayed pending appeal, but as of right now, he is on the verge of having his whole empire be dismantled in front of him. And don't forget, he had to pay $25M because of the whole Trump University fraud thing, so he has real form in this area.

I heard (albeit on a podcast) that the valuation of maralago had to be as it currently exists (e.g. a club). This might explain the lower valuation versus the worth of the property as a potential development.

Unsure if true but thought I'd mention.

That's actually a debatable point / I kinda questioned it at first, but it could go either way.

On the other hand you have a NY tds infested jury that might convict for tds on a case they shouldn't.

They felt pretty confident, as most legal people did, that this would win- might as well have the judges bench it.

This matrimonial lawyer really has no clue about commercial real estate- that's why 21% of his cases sent to appeals get overturned with unanimous decision.

8 of those recently were major property ones (like the development I cited a few post ago)

Likely to happen here, but it's disruptive as fuk until then.

But who knows, the appeals court is tds infected there also.

LMAO!!! Right, because that happens 'tard.

Whoever: "I need to borrow a lot of money for this property 'aight? Just trust me, there's no need for an impartial 3rd party appraiser to TELL YOU how much it's worth before you give me the money either!"

Bank: "Sure, no problem.. We do this ALL the time!"

I get this is just your usual moronic shtick of lashing out and you're "just joking bro".

I'm also guessing you haven't read a single thing about any of this and never will. Which is fine.

From the document I posted that you quoted:

Donald Trump’s statements from later years were submitted to this bank on multiple occasions in
connection with the Seven Springs mortgage to meet covenants under the loan and
obtain a series of extensions. Despite lack of cash flow at the property, Donald Trump’s
personal guaranty and supposed personal financial strength was cited by Bryn Mawr’s
internal records for purposes of extending and maintaining the mortgage.

Lol no, I got it 'tard... I'm just scratching my head at these banks who don't seem to need any official verification of anything all of a sudden. Hell, I refinanced my house a couple of years ago and not only did they go through my shiit with a fine-toothed comb, but I even had to provide the comb for them lol. Several years of tax returns, several months of bank statements, copies of bills, several months of pay stubs, etc.

But now here they are supposedly handing out hundred million $ loans based off nothing but "Yeah, it'll be aight.. just trust me!"

And this lol...

It’s a fair point, one that I agreed with earlier.

From what I remember, NY State law regarding corporations requires all business records to be reported truthfully and accurately. The judge found that Trumpco was intentionally not following the law.

The lender’s perspective doesn’t really matter here, it’s a bit of misdirection to focus on them even tho I agree it would be a stronger case if they were also claiming they were defrauded.

I absolutely guarantee that if somehow Trumpco fails and can’t keep paying on the loans the lenders will immediately change their tune and claim they were misled.

I’m guessing they dgaf as long as payments are made. They better have their ducks in a row, they are regulated too, and if Trumpco fails chit will get real ugly real fast.

I wouldn’t be surprised if some lenders are already discussing preemptively exiting their current agreements based the judgement.

Trump's legal team will easily challenge the obviously intentional low-ball estimates of his assets.

The judge is a radical and committed democrat and they have all colluded again, to ironically and fraudulently take down Trump.

Well obviously they wouldn't GAF as long as the payments are made. Banks are funny like that.

But then that begs the question though of... what's the problem? A bank - or banks loan him money, and he pays it back as per the terms of their legal agreement, right?

He "Overvalued it!"

Ok... but is the bank getting back the money they loaned him, or no?

Doesn’t matter what the bank thinks, it’s illegal to falsify business records in NY.

Lol of course 'tard...

And of course the fact that the bank is getting their money back, nobody is defrauded, and it doesn't matter what the bank thinks about anything anyway is completely irrelevant. He didn't dot an "i" or cross a "t" just right, and for that he needs to fry dammit.

You need to realize the process is the punishment. Whether a crime was committed or not is irrelevant. They now have ammo to smear him in the media (just like they did with russiagate, etc). He will have to pay big legal fees. Regardless of outcome, it may impact his future business earnings. That’s all they care about. It’s just a lever they can pull to damage the guy because he dared to take on the establishment. They have been spying on him and going through all of his records for years trying to find anything they can twist into a crime. Imagine if they did the same for any other politician…

Right? Trumpers are delusional. They really just don't get how incompetent and stupid Trump is. Trump took this L from the judge BECAUSE of his lawyers LOL. They could've got a jury trial instead but they submitted their request too late so they got this judge.

Trumpers have an image of Trump in their mind that doesn't exist in real life. And they're destroying this country to defend that image.

Remember a couple of years ago when they had him for unpaid taxes on a fuking rental car?

"We got him this time boyo!! He's going down this time boyo!"

The sad thing is this is completely ok with them.. To them blanket investigations looking forsomething/anythingare completely legit.

I'm wondering if Trump's own objections, not 3 years ago, to an evaluation of $26m for MAL as being too high swayed the judge? Especially when he appealed that $26m evaluation as being too high. Seems like Trump wants to have his cake and eat it too. I also wonder if there will be repercussions for Trump in terms of future tax evaluations of MAL given his current objections.

I'm not so sure, based on Trump's own arguments, that the current evaluation by the Judge can be easily successfully challenged.
