I know George Bush was a huge factor in promoting these treatments specifically in Rwanda

Teddies are not prized in Rwanda, rather ass and hips or plain slim.
I was not being real serious about the HBBs though. This is the misc after all. I am well aware of the views on black women.

I am a fan of the big hips, and they're probably fertile as fuk too. If Rwandan women like tall handsome white men, I'm gonna be leaving a trail of mixed race babies in my wake.

I checked out the IG page, and some hnnnng was had. How do they respond to white men? What is the general perception of say people from the US, and some white people from the US? I assume there's not many white residents? You have yet to mention the gyms. Do you even lift?
What's the nickname for us white boys? Like Gringo in Spanish countries, etc. I know there's gotta be a nickname. Gringo is technically an insult, but few of us take it what way. I tell them "yo soy Gringo" and they either think I'm nuts or laugh.

We have mostly African expats from the region but also a fair amount of white people in the city. Mostly young professionals who live and work here because it's not nearly as fast as where they come from and the opportunity here is huge because it is a virgin country.
Muzungu is the name for white people but it has no negative connotation. It basically means a foreigner or wanderer. It's borrowed from Swahili. An African American will still be a Muzungu; basically any western person. If you look Asian, you'll be Muchinois or Muhinde for Indian.
You'll get kids in the rural areas running after you shouting muzungu but it's out of curiosity. In the city, basically no one cares. People are reserved at first but then friendly once they get to know you.
You'll ran into the occasional person who thinks you must be rich because you're a muzungu but they are few and far between. Muggings and such are very rare. We have an efficient and alert police force that keeps things in check.
We have a few gyms in the city but most people are cardio bunnies so running, aerobics and dancing is what you'll find most people doing. There's a small lifting community but not many people lift so if you do, you'll stand out in a BIG way.
I am a true miscer so of course I don't lift.

Check out this video: it also gives you a fair idea of muzungu-rwandan interactions in kigali and as you can see, there quite a number of them:
