If you're natty and don't deadlift, you probably don't do 570+
Regardless, you and I have different goals. But the difference is I won't make threads about how I think your goals are stupid.

Im not sure who all these scrubs are breaking their ***gy little backs but I for one just get stronger from deadlifting.
I guess my disc genetics are superior I have more ancient genetics and a clean bloodline going all the way back to thousands of years ago before all this low test being common among men.
For someone like me, my ligaments are not weak as a lamb like a lot of modern day humans. I have hair all over my body and shoulders and back and I see theres some guys who have little to no hair on their body and have low test. Small lips, tiny ears.
I guess for some people its dangerous because they are built like a liberal. But my lower back is strong.
My advice would be do deadlifts with proper form. If you get injured you weren't a real man anyway and you can give up lifting forever if you are such a pussy that you can't lift from the floor and have to do rack pulls.

What if your goal is to be as strong as possible while being as twinkish as possible?
I don't intend to weigh any more than 155 lbs, ever.

Sure it is a fantastic compound exercise, but once you start getting into 500+ weight range it isn't worth the risk imo. Even if you have perfect form, you can still really phuck yourself up, and there is simply no way of knowing what your tolerance is until you finally herniate a disc.
All the classic lifts, such as standing military press, deadlift, bench, and squat are like this. So many people phuck themselves going heavy on squats. And bench imo is just a bad exercise to do because of the way it restricts ROM and uses your shoulders. I think dumbbells are better for you in the long run.
If you did these exercises carefully with extremely steady progression, they would be more safe, but who actually does that? People always try to push really hard, especially on deadlifts. If you are maxing for deads and going very heavy, you can seriously hurt yourself if you fail. And of course with bench, you could phuck your rotator cuff and or die. With heavy squats it's a similar risk to deadlift.
Just ask any serious powerlifter about their injuries and you will see it isn't as safe as people pretend it is.
Rackpulls are so much better than dl imo.

Realistically, if you want to get those 95-98% max effort lifts, maybe hit them once every 12 weeks or so. (Obviously unless you're a power lifter and want to continue going up..)
Personally, If I repping around 400-450 for deads and squats and a 315 bench, then I'm good with that for just regular training.
Once you can hit that 2.0-2.5BW and 1.5BW bench.... I mean you're "advanced"/"elite". You've won.... work on getting shredded but maintaining.

Ask any accomplished bodybuilder and they will tell you that they are STRONG, and no *******s, it doesn't mean they didn't focus on strength and still got strong, it means they focus on strength gains in high rep ranges. brb kai green is not strong because he only lifts heavy in high rep ranges.
logic, not even once.
and when you post my avi, I will remind you that doesn't automatically make any accomplished bodybuilder weak.
