My OHP went to chit when I stopped doing it, went from 2x a week to once every 2 weeks or so lmao. Doesn't help that my arms are long as fukk but really i just don't prioritize them. I still do seated dumbbell but need to get back to doing some heavy OHPs at the end of summer.

Overhead press is like 60-70% of your Flat bench, depending on your lifting level. This Miscer has a self admitted weak bench, I am assuming about 140kg or less, yet he can strict OHP 100kgx8. Yeah, sure buddy. I doubt he can do 90kg for 1 rep.

This guys 185lbs? Avi looks like an average lifter and says his bench/squat are "weakling." It all seems misplaced to me and I don't think I can give him the benefit of the doubt.

If he can prove me wrong by posting a video like PeaceWithin said I'll 100% eat my words and take a (I think I said perma??) 3 month ban.
I've seen guys in a private fitness group on ******** doing 400+ lb bench at sub 180 weight. One guy at 5'6 135 lbs doing that much. Some guys just seem to have that gift, but it's very rare. I'm right now at 5'9 175 lbs and probably max bench of 285 which is my best ever ratio. Could that guy do 225x8 at what...185 lbs bw? Sure. Probability is damn near 0 though.

I only found out who this guy was a few months ago. Assumed he must have been at least 30, nope, nearly fell off my chair when I found out he was only 23.

Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1

This is a good example of a strict press and is way more impressive than the op

Agreed. It's definitely not a strict press, but that vid of Klokov def is (after power cleaning it, too).

The OP vid is obviously still very impressive. He's young AF and stupid strong. Non-natty makes a huge difference and it does work on its own. I was trying to pull up the actual study, but using my word combos on Google, all I was able to find atm was an article referencing the study I had read.

"The group that did not lift and did not take injections experienced no changes.

The group that did not lift but received injections built 8 pounds of muscle on average.

Thats right – despite not even lifting a weight they were able to build a significant amount of muscle just from injections.

The group that lifted but did not receive injections built 4 pounds of muscle.

Finally, the group that lifted and received injections built 14 pounds of muscle on average."

https://broscience.co/the-muscle-bui...se-vs-natural/

At the end of the day, he would still be better than just about everybody, just the non-nattiness makes that ceiling even higher.

Cliffs:
- Not a strict press
- Still impressive AF
- Assistance definitely makes a difference
- He would still beat everybody else if everybody was natty
