Bad ass, op. Keep it up. Dont fuk yourself over by going too hard. Set a routine and keep with it. I lost 70+ lbs in less than 2 years and I'm only gonna lose more. A dude your size hlcan just SWEAT off the weight as long as you got a plan. Fuk motivation and inspiration. Make a change, a plan, a routine and stick to it! I'm never motivated, but it's so ingrained in my head to go workout after work, and my meals only being the good-for-me food I bought, that it's just a lifestyle change. Which is what this journey is. A change for the better. Fukitupfam...in the good way!

Your absolutely corpulent visage brings such visceral feelings of disgust for you that I believe people like you should be waterboarded with barbecue sauce to the brink of death then resuscitated repeatedly for the rest of your pathetic and self indulgent fkin life.

That being said I’m highly supportive of what you’re doing and hope the best for you and your improving health.

I get it, but really you're just scared of looking this way yourself. It's fine and it's healthy not to want to be unhealthy, but don't get carried away or you will develop/exacerbate a mental problem.

Thank you for your support.

This is a big one. And why I stopped going to the fat loss section when I first created an account here.

You post a diet there, and all they do is bitch and moan that you're buying frozen farm raised tilapia instead of spending $7.99 for a 2oz organic tilapia fillet
or criticize you for eating romaine lettuce instead of kale and spinach

What people like that don't realize, is that the alternative of what they were eating daily (frozen tv dinners, chips and candy and fast food) is much worse than, say, Skippy peanutbutter as oppose to natty pb.

Will be interested to see your initial success. I've been stuck around 330-332 for going on 2 weeks myself. I took a "cheat day" on Saturday to see if I can kickstart the diet again. 3 days later, hopefully Keto is kicking back in today and I start losing again. Been walking with a furious pace every day at least a mile or 2. The weather has been cooler which has made it a lot nicer to get out.

Good work getting started. I’m not going to tell you what to do but if you’re looking to lose weight fast I’d recommend a combination of the following three things

Keto - get your metabolism into a fat burning furnace
OMAD - one meal a day. Sedentary h7mans don’t need to be eating 3 meals per day
Snake Diet - extended fasting without feelin like ****!

Good luck bud.

Do not go doing any of these fancy fasted/limiting diets. You obviously are a newbie at training. You need to focus on eating quality foods, in the right calorie zone, and training hard. You can expect a good amount of body recomp initially.

Every single diet, Keto, IF, Carb-cycle, whatever it may be is based around one underlying principle, Calories in vs. Calories out. You don't need to be doing no carb dieting and all this crap now. Simpy track your calories, monitor progress, adjust calories as needed and train hard.

Hey man. I'm late to the party, but my advice is to focus more on compliance than on putting together the best workout program/diet. There are numerous diets (traditional calorie reduction, keto, intermittent fasting) and a ton of lifting programs that will get you basically the same place IF you stick with it and NEVER cheat (except on planned cheat days). If you let yourself miss sessions or screw up your diet, you'll normalize those failures, and you won't lose the weight (at least in any permanent way). This means that your #1 focus now should be to choose a program that you can stick with. When I was loosing weight a few years ago, I personally found every-other-day fasting to be the easiest diet to comply with, as it allows you to get the feeling of fullness every other day, and it allows you to have normal meals every other day with friends, family, and business associates. But YMMV.
