Spend some time with a woman and talk to her and you will realize the answer to the question.

Most are vacuous, self absorbed, and superficial.

So understanding the differences between men and women (facts, not ad hominem attacks and confirmation bias like you are spewing) is quite a conservative thing to do as the typical liberal would be upset with me for pointing out that women are not as psychologically suited for business as men are.

Bach was also unknown at one point after his death. He is best because he is best, not because he is famous. He is now famous because he is best. Any serious musician will tell you this. There is no female (or male) better, we had hundreds of years to find this person.

There is no reason to think this reflects on all women. There is no reason to think Bach being better at composing than the best females means men are better than women. You need to be more secure. As a woman you simply say: “these statistics do not reflect on me individually”. That’s allMove on happily. In fact why do we focus only on the outskirts of IQ which prove men are smarter? Why not focus on the OTHER end of the same graph that shows men are also dumber? See? I’m willing to admit this!

The famous IQ graph PROVES there are both dumber and smarter men than women.

Why Miscers try to disprove this is weird and stupid.

Personal attack instead of trying to disprove a well known scientifically proven graph that shows men have higher IQ on the outskirts.

A sure sign of a lost argument.

1. That wasn't a personal attack. A personal attack is calling someone a cuck. Agreed. It's the sign of a lost argument.

2. Do you even know what a strawman or a paper tiger is? It's a logical fallacy, not a personal attack.

You're dumbfounding me bro. (srs) It's difficult to debate someone who doesn't add anything to the argument.

What’s so hard about this? Name a female chess player better than Carlsen. Go. Why no answer? Can it be because you googled it and found no one? Why not just accept science which already told us men have higher (as well as lower) IQ and thus THE most brilliant people are men?

Why insecurity to a point where you deny science???

What a random strange post. Rena would beat an Olympic male Judoka? Oh... she won a tiny local club tourney. Got it... Wasn’t it like a YMCA competition or something like that? Lol
Come on now.

What inequality? We had many queens, going back thousands of years, men have had the hardest jobs. We are all one. Stop buying the CNN bullsheit.

Your statement about chess is strange. Men are better at it on average and top players are men. Why dispute this? Obviously I’d kick your arse all over the board. I’m a weak chess ameteur and I beat female pros a lot. And they beat me even more. So what???

Stephanie Meyer can't write worth ****. The fact that Twilight sold a billion copies doesn't mean that she is some creative genius, it means that she wrote the perfect fan-fiction for pre-teen girls.

Statistically, women do read more than men, so it shouldn't be surprising that there are highly successful female writers. Don't get it twisted though - success and genius are two completely different things. J.K. Rowling can't hold a candle to Stephen King (who ****s out quality work like clockwork).

I smell lots of soy in this thread. It's puzzling how the best cooks tend to be men, despite the fact that cooking has pretty much always been associated with women. Throughout my school years I've only encountered one girl who calculated math problems in her head faster than me. I'm not sure how, but I bet it's because I was nervous at the time. Most spelling bee champions are male. The best musicians (pianists, violinists, guitarists, drummers. etc) in the world are/were men, which is interesting because girls were encouraged to take up piano and violin lessons even a few hundred years back. And that's just gender differences.

Here's the thing, though, women aren't dumb, they are mostly just lazy these days and pretend to be stupid to play the role of the cutesy/shy type. It's the go to way to make money for them other than prostitution and camwhoring. Every time you encounter a "dumb blonde", don't be fooled, she's just playing the part. They might appear to be dumb as a box of bricks, but they are really super manipulative. One of my sister's friends was that way, she'd flirt and chat about nothing interesting in public but in private she'd talk about music theory and chit. If you are dating a chick and she's still playing dumb, then she most likely doesn't respect you enough to be serious.

The great majority of geniuses did it against the odds - and low and behold - this is another predominantly male trait. Irrational resiliency and self-determination, the NEED to achieve something - these traits are all more often found in males. Sorry.

You’re fighting a losing battle against nature.

In my line of work I teach one on one individually, mostly kids, many teens, some adults, hundreds of them over the years, in an artistic creative art form, and among the few talented kids, the talented boys, once puberty hits, they are just monsters, they remember better, they are so much faster and have greater capacity for abstract thought than the talented girls. Their pattern recognition is better. Mind you talented girls are MUCH better than average boys. I’m comparing talented boys to talented girls thou. Who cares? It’s just the way it is. Accept it and move on.

women just have to be hot to succeed in human society. men have to be creative, innovative, useful, handy, funny, charismatic, charming, smart, risky etc. this is deeply rooted in our biology -- can't really blame women for it they're just playing the game.

the ultimate biological goal for a man is to spread his seed to as many women as possible, and they need qualities that set them apart from other males in order to achieve this goal... hence the competition aspect. this is prevalent across all species of beings.

Women don't have the same sort of curiosity about the world that men do unless they are man-brained (smart, inquisitive, roll up the sleeves and fix stuff type girls). You can usually tell because they are the ones who want to know how things work, try to understand stuff etc.

Your argument being that women were historically oppressed and thus not being able to produce anything of quality in the arts, etc.

My argument; 99% of all people were oppressed, men and women. A very tiny rich and/or aristocratic class was not, that includes some women who had all the time they wanted to pursue art, etc. Yet in 1000s of years almost nothing of value was created in comparsion with what men produced. Sure we have some exceptions, but you know how that goes.

I would go even further; most men were even more oppressed than women in history. Women could stay at home doing work there and raising the kids, meanwhile the man was working in coal mines, used as cannon fodder, doing some other dangerous job... Men historically sacrificed themselves for women and family.

Perfect example.

I'm from the Balkans. Gypsies from that region are absolute monsters in terms of music, particularly in terms of brass instruments. Again, these are freaking GYPSIES we are talking about - what "privilege" could they possibly be experiencing? Access to elite musical schooling LMAO? They come from a stock of travelling beggars, and yet they invented a musical style that influences the entire region.

Your argument wasn't based on evolutionary biology, it was a philosophical argument.

Evolution is not teleological, nor logical, selected traits don't have to follow the dictates of logic. Traits are selected via environment and sexual sexual, not logic. It's a post-hoc explanation.

(I'm not arguing against sexual dimorphism, I'm just stating that nature is not 'logical'.)

I likedThe Fountainhead(bizarrely making her protagonist a rapist aside), but I foundAtlas Shruggedto be a thinly veiled series of philosophical monologues from her characters... Which is a common criticism. I don't think she is considered part of the fiction 'elite' in the 20th century, not by the majority of people's measure.

I don't think that any of her fiction works are considered in the same league as; The Lord Of The Rings, 1984, To Kill A Mockingbird, A Farewell To Arms, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest, The Stand, The Lord Of The Flies, The Watchmen, etc.

Females on the other hand predominantly group together in the middle (ie: average intelligence). Since intelligence obviously factors heavily into creative genius, the sheer reality that there are considerably more male geniuses than female geniuses is going to mean a higher proportion of male creative output.

It isn't just intelligence though. Creative genius requires certain KEY psychological characteristics and behaviours, most important of all probably being obsessive behaviour. You have to be OBSESSED to become a genius level musician, painter, sculptor, inventor, writer, etc, etc. Obsessive behavior is predominantly a MALE character trait, we know this by the fact that boys greatly outnumber girls in terms of mental conditions such as autism. Another huge factor is risk-taking behaviour, which again is a predominantly male trait. Think about it logically: females are the key to the succession of the human race, which means that naturally they would have evolved programming which would keep them SAFE by minimizing risk-taking behaviour. Why do you think that virtually every absolutely ridiculous human feat was attempted by a man? Think of the Wright Brothers: do you think that a woman is going to get the idea to actually attempt to build a flying machine and jump off the cliff while strapped into it? There is no evolutionary basis for a woman to put her life on the line in that fashion. Men on the other hand are DRIVEN to conquer and explore. This innate DRIVE is what leads to curiosity, which leads to creative genius.

This is all basic human gender differences. Yes, there are female geniuses and there are females capable of creative genius. Is it ever going to be a 50/50 split? No, because that isn't how humans are wired.
