I never said any person with low test could double their testosterone with more sleep without caring about whats causing their low test. That was just your assumption.
Lol and now your example changes from you, who is "someone who works out 6 days a week and goes to work" to "a natural body builder on his competition day vs one month after."

Lol gtfo *******. How much more do you want to change your original scenario to fit your dumbass claim?

Very feasible. People do it all the time. Not to the extremely retarded degree he thinks.

Maybe i should have explained myself on spanish? Would that have helped those two guys understand? lol

anyway, its pretty simple. As you say, testosterone levels massively fluctuate depending on literally hundreds of different reasons. Most natural bodybuilders on their competition day are closer to killing themselves than they are to being happy, just severely fatigued, their bodies have shut off many activities in order to optimize the little ammount of energy it has, the primary goal becomes survival.

After cutting, metabolisms slows down, libido goes down, general energy goes down because the body is focused on surviving and fueling its most basic needs.

Then one month after competition day, you see those guys breaking PRs and talking about fukin their girls 5x a day.

Conclussion: test ng/dl's can vary by hundreds EASILY in a month depending on several factors.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Can you gain 400 ng/dls in a month without needing extra help? Yes or no? Thats what the discussion is about *******, answer that fukin question or dont ever come back to this thread you clueless clown.

To anybody else reading this: Of course you can. Lose 15% of your body weight after months of heavy daily exercise and a big calorie deficit and recheck your testosterone levels, or maybe just use your common sense lol.

I may be in the monirity here but.....

Aren't some people just supposed to be at certain test levels? Like, I know guys that are near 50 on TRT talking about having a teenage libido, but aren't you supposed to have a lower libido as you age? It kinda just seems like people are trying hard as fuk to fight aging and not so much fix a "problem".
I'm back, bitches!

Nah, research shows that long term lifting raises your baseline test level.

I think OP needs to see an endocrinologist like Bozz said though.

I'm 35 and can only do light exercise due to injuries, and my most recent test check came back as 575.

EXTREMELY unlikely (NO) for the average person if you are measuring at the exact same time and not trying to manipulate everything like time of day measured and all this other bullsht you keep spouting. Negged you *******.
My test comes low too, around 400 but TBH im lifting 6x days a week plus work and **** and it makes it go low im guessing.

Id probably be around 800 if i took a full week of rest and eating above maintenance
This is your claim. The answer is no.

When did i ever brought up the average person? You go around throwing insults and negging people, yet you cant fukin even grasp a simple concept lol.

Im going to take your answer as a "yes, yes you can my master Ken-O" and also im going to take your neg as your way of saying "thank you for correcting my dumb ways master Ken", because im just going to assume that wherever dumbass place on earth you were raised in, thats how people there own up and admit their mistakes.

fukin lold. Not even gonna neg because your own testicles negged you first

A long time of being in a calorie deficit has a bigger impact IMO, doubt any of us trains hard enough for that alone to be the case.

So yeah, that pretty much involves my personal lifestyle, which includes sleeping up to 6 hours a night, 10 hour work days, IF, daily deficit of over 500k cals, etc. I was posting about my personal experience.

Had i known that some clueless ******* would come questioning everything and calling me out, i would have been more detailed on my original post, but it really doesnt matter since i explained to you my situation on the following posts but of course, you were just not having it.

Mine came at 381. 26 years old. The only effects i have are bad quality sleep and sleepy during day. All the other factors like libido, morning wood, erections, cum volume, etc are fine.
Not sure if its because of too hard calorie deficit and too much training frequency and volume, since my HOMA IR came at 0.5, will start to increase calories gradually now till a 300kcal surplus and do it for like 2 months and try it back. Lets see

Right, so magically TT is unaffected by training/diet protocol in any significant way... and there is definitely no such thing as biofeedback rebound (or whatever you might call it)?

What studies are you referring to?

Let us know how you feel about this when you hit 50

All the bad chit associated with aging (lack of sleep, chit collagen production, long healing time, depressed immune system, cognitive deficit etc) are largely a side effect from declining IGF1

Whatever happened to “you know what, i was wrong” lol. Takes a man to admit that, for sure.
Prove your claim. Get your bloodwork done and post it here. Post your incredibly low BF physique that would make me think your test is crashed. Do something other that spouting off bullsht that anyone with an IQ over 10 knows is false. 24,000 posts here and you don't know your azzhole from your elbow.

Lmao, I already agreed raising it is very possible and happens all the time. You seem to be missing the big picture too. He's not doubling his test in a week to a month. He's just another average joe. Fact. End of story. Quit suking his dick you *******.

Oh, ok, i get it now. So you went from saying "no it cant be done", to "yes it cant be done, just not him!!". Gotcha. At least you admit it is possible, so i know i taught you something today.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I just looked at a test on MyChart from 2016 and my test was 208. I’m 34 now but still get morning wood and can bone the wife anytime she wants. Maybe I should get another test? I do kind of have low energy.

Your test is low but I wouldn't be too worried about a one time blood draw. Dont freak out and make a rash decision to hop on TRT due to a low total testosterone number. Id go back and get another blood draw in a month or 2 and make sure you test your Free T, SHBG, sensitive estrogen, prolactin, LH, FSH, T3, T4, RT3, Lipids, and a CBC. Total test in isolation doesnt say much. Other than those numbers, symptoms should be what you make your decision on. If you lack motivation, are tired, depressed, etc(typical low T symptoms, google them) then you can have a convo with your doc/endo about what your options are.

It is fairly easy to modestly raise test naturally though. When I was 24 I got my blood work done and my test was at 400ng/dl with free T at 9. Lack of knowledge prompted me to get on TRT for a few months and felt like a god. Was amazing. Jumped off after about 6 months due to treatment opening the door for oldman Norwood and got scared of the reaper coming so early as well as not feeling quite right in some regards(later found out it was due to AI crashing my E2. AI is poison imo). Successfully did a restart with a HCG and Clomid and got my bloods back to the baseline of 400. Changed up my diet, put more emphasis on sleep and recovery and got my numbers up to 587ng/dl(dont remember free T). Chilled for a year like that and then got back on TRT fairly recently due to other low T symptoms. I believe its more important to treat symptoms as opposed to numbers when it comes to this. Personally, I would rather deal with this than hop on an SSRI or other pharmaceuticals to deal with typical low T symptoms.
