Jaime looking gaunt af compared to the alpha kingsguard from season 1. Losing a hand is rough on a man.

Well in the show she talks about their boy with Robert who died of fever after he was born.

Eh... Jamie should’ve died in season 7 when he charged at the dragon.

Robert would have killed her and Jaime if he had found out about both of these things.

GRRM has an unlimited budget and unlimited time to finish a series he started working on over 25 years ago and he is nowhere close to completing it. Yet miscers with their extensive author resumes are saying D&D are complete trash bc of rushef aspects and below A+ level writing. It's frankly insulting when there have been so many great scenes and arcs post canon material in the last 3 seasons.
Yes the writng isn't the same but lets not act like it isn't still well above most everything else currently on TV. If the scrutiny people applied to GOT to other great works (e.g. the Sopranos) the level of greatness will be diminished. I hope GOT gets remembered as glowingly as the Sopranos and other shows.

Even though Jon isn't Ned's son...he clearly suffers from making the same retarded political decisions. Or maybe the writers need to make him look that way.
- No idea why he told Dany about his heritage if he didn't want the throne.
- No idea why he then told Arya and Sansa. Even though Sansa clearly is intent on undermining Dany's claim to power.
Just stupid behavior from someone who should know better than now.
On the other hand, you have Tyrion who all of a sudden can't stomach losing even one innocent person's life. Like jackass, you have to take the city...people will die. It's unavoidable.
Lastly, how did pirates of the caribbean know that Dany was going to dragon stone? Does she have a mole?

Go watch Billions... or Vikings... or OA... or Travelers... or Spartacus... Counterpart... Breaking Bad... The Wire...
Every one of them has been MILES better than the last 3 seasons of GoT.
These ****s should have never taken on the project if they weren’t up to the task of doing the ending justice. And GRRM should have never let them do it without making sure that they wouldn’t butcher it (guess he just wanted dem dollahs tho so I can’t blame him).

There is a brah on youtube who did a video, talking about how the Stark men have that naive trait that makes them vulnerable to being screwed over.
They are so committed to honour and honesty even towards their enemies, that it screws them over when it comes to politics. (Which is probably very accurate to RL, you need to be able to manipulate, deceive and compromise... Even if you are a committed to the people.)

Varys is strongly committed to the people, but he knows how to play the game amongst the sociopaths and narcissists by using deception and manipulation.

The issue is that characters are acting out of character, many of them are suddenly retarded and the writing is just atrocious at times. Just take the re-edit of Euron killing Rhaegal from last episode: just by rearranging the scenes, it all made kind of sense, and it wasn't some cheap shock effect where apparently Dany and the two dragons fail to spot Euron's fleet, while they manage to 3 shot Rhaeagal. Then fail to hit Dany and Drogon while flying towards them.
Is GoT still a ton better than most tv shows? Sure is.
It's just hard to accept the glaring differences in quality, and the growing number of cheap "you didn't see that coming, did you lmao" moments.
It's also hard to ignore comments made by D&D, telling that Arya had to kill the NK because nobody expected it and that Dany forgot about the Iron Fleet.
Oh and also Dorne.

A lot of the show is still top-notch TV, production values and such, between that and the previous seasons of more thoughtful and less rushed story-telling, I think that is why there is a contingent of people who are reacting so aggressively to the complaints.
I'm ready to see it wrap and I've certainly stuck with lesser shows (Sons of Anarchy) just to see them end, but as much as I was willing to push through Ep3, the utter nonsense about Euron in Ep4 really bothers me. Just so ridiculous and nonsensical, the more you think about it the more absurd it gets. A fleet of ships ambushing a pair of dragons flying in the air, catching utterly off guard, firing from the rocky seas to a moving target with deadly repeated accuracy, it just really fell flat.
What's more, the second the plot wants the remaining dragon to be useful, all that broken internal logic they established will simply be ignored, because we will see Drogon burn Euron alive and as satisfying as that should be, I'm concerned I'm just out of fuks to give.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Makes me think that Sansa will be one of the most substantial players in GOT.
Arguably... Sansa considers about other's motivations, none of the Stark men do, they only think about what is the right thing to do.

That was her lying to Catlyn Stark to 1) get a little sympathy (while she actually was just there to see if Bran may die) and 2) because at that point she wouldn't come out and say that she did an abortion, so she said died to a fever. Remember, Robert is still lives at that moment. Only later, when he dies, she tells Ned (after he finds out the kids are not Roberts) that she never had kids with Robert because she got one aborted.
Robert would have killed her and Jaime if he had found out about both of these things.

It was most likely an oversight from the show writers. Or not, who knows.
Thing is she definitely cares about her kid.

I am fine with pointing out the countless stupid mistakes they did, but pulling a quote out of context just to pile on is silly because you have so much legit crap to chose from, why go there!?
